We are nearby residents, living here for long time, badly affected due to the noise created by some residents both Day and Night. Have complained so many times.
I have been living in this property around 11+ months now. The best thing is the staff behaviour, very polite. Room cleaning is done every alternate day here.
Food (you will have to take subscription) now is very good both taste and quality (previously it was not good but now they have changed the vendor it seems). They have 2 fridge, 3 washing machine and 2 induction in this property. Also 1 microwave is there but currently not working maybe they will repair it. They have parking as well for 2 wheeler. In the adjacent building (which is also a Zolo property - Zolo Helios) they have gym as well with minimal equipment. They have power backup as well.
To raise any of the issues they have online ticket process through the app. They try to resolve it, but if not try to raise again and again and also inform the person-in charge as reminder. One problem is the Wi-Fi, it becomes slow at times, they have recently changed the network but it also seems to be slow.

Don't consider this place guys, they don't even care about customers problem and they are not doing any maintenance activity. Still if you choose this place then daily you will face the problems
Very poorly maintained PG. Complaints are not taken seriously. They close the complaints/service tickets with status "resolved" without any resolutions. Common amenities are not well maintained as well. Have water issues all the time. Internet is poor as well.
Nothing good. Room is plagued with noise. The complain system is a joke. The problems never get sorted and tickets get closed. They changed manager, who's a total clown. Never gets anything done
Plus they are so cheap that they charge you extra for the WIFI!
The room is plagued by a constant noise coming 24/7 from outside. You won't be able to work or sleep and the management is not helpful in figuring out the problem.
I do not recommend at all.they cheat you with the refund. Have unknown entry and exit charges, place smells like pee. Caretaker Rajendra was kind though. Mostly always available. Still i do not recommend.
Never ever go to Zolo! Horrible experiences at Zolo Themis/Helios. Firstly there' won't be any proper power backup, they will say like diesel is over and mostly never turn on generator. Wifi is too slow. Mostly there will be no water in washrooms or heater won't be working or only hot water will come from all the taps including wash basin and hand pipes. Washing machines always occupied, we have to wait so long for that. Kitchens are always full of people and there also we have to wait so long for cooking. No enough parking facility available, most of the days I have to kept my bike outside. Road and front area of zolo is always full of water and dirt. Can't even walk through it. Bikes can't travel through that road if it rains. And most importantly read out the entire agreement carefully before joining, they won't give the full deposit back. There will be reductions in maintenance and also almost 2000 will be reducted if we won't stay for 12 months. And also there will be another charge to initiate notice period. And 350 for electricity bill per month, that is too high. So think thrice before going to Zolo Themis and Helios
It is average. Location is poor, mud road it is. If it is raining. Only God can send u to office. Rooms are ok ok. But caretakers are not professional. If water is leakage they won't bother. If you won't push, they won't clean properly. Basically current caretaker and manager are not at all worthy. They hardly care abt pg. They are damaging the building day by day by nit taking care of maintainance
Pros 1. Wipro Gate Bus Stop is a minutes' walk. 2. All major app services deliver here. 3. It is itself a Yulu point and Vogo pit is literally 30 feet away. So no commute problems. 4. Supermarket, saloon, fruits and clothing all available nearby. 5. WiFi is good. ACT Fibernet at 20mbps.
Cons 1. A bit inside, off the main road and the road leading to it is not metalled and always wet and clayey. It is not wise to walk over it. 2. Food is not prepped in the building. Don't opt for food. 3. Water in the tank and geyser needs to be turned on manually when necessary by the keeper. He misses the schedule sometimes so there's no water for some time. But he's very responsive. All you have to do is text him on WhatsApp. I don't know why zolo hasn't automated it with appropriate electronics.
Other than these, everything is fine. Not great, but good.
The price is worth for the place. Staffs are very friendly and they are good care taker. They regularly cleans the room. Place is near to many IT companies. All Hotels and Snacks shops are available within 500 m from this property
Useless management, faced water issues regularly and management pays no heed to complaints, many times insects found in food, don't come to this property, if possible don't come to zolo

One of the best place to live together with out any restrictions and at center of the market place infront of Wipro Ltd Sarjapur having some facilities like Gym refer to zolo application
Fails to provide basic amenities and management extremely unresponsive. Water not available during critical hours like pre-office on many occasions. WiFi slow or non existent for prolonged periods with no response or redressal despite repeatedly flagging the issue. Would recommend users to use a better PG.

Affordable, easy access to Wipro and nearby work locations. Maintenance staff are good, they fulfil the requests as early as they can. Food is the only drawback, mostly North Indian recipe, only on three or four occasions in a week they make South Indian dishes. No road available inside the street as this is a newly developed area. You get all essentials in walkable distance. There are some good Restaurants in the delivery range. Royal Dine restaurant is 8 mins away and they are excellent. Giving 5 star as I am adjustible to several minor things of concern. Overall, worth the money, comfortable if you spend a little to get some essentials and plan your washing days.
It’s just beside the zolo helios. Both the properties are almost same. Even they have the common dining area for both the properties at the ground floor of zolo Themis. CCTV is there for security, washing machines are available on terrace. Lift is available, apart from that, a common iron is available on each floor. Two wheeler parking is available with CCTV surveillance.
The onboarding and checkout process was swift. However there is nothing premium as such. Few things like hot water and cold water looked as if they can never be resolved, while I was there. Approach road is a big cons and drain of other hostels overflows on it if not cleaned on daily basis. Some requests took forever to be addressed but the staff was responsive at least. Overall an average experience for my stay of about 3 months in single occupancy room
Good facilities. Little inside and if you are using company transport please check with HR if cabs available to this place. Can book online and process is smooth.
One of the best properties to stay at for people in that vicinity. Rooms are maintained well ensuring no damp walls and other common problems found in PGs. Best feature being their efficient support department.
