Worst pg I've lived in yet, the rent of a drunk old stupid fellow is more important to you than the sleep of the rest of your customers, posting this review after being woken up by the drunk Kapil Das shouting about who knows what with one more guy.

When I first moved in last year the service and amenities were proper and as good as promised but over the course of the last year things have gone downhill pretty badly.
The food is enough to make you sick as I have fallen sick with food poisoning 2 times in the last year after consuming the curry which always contains much more masala than needed and sometimes isn't even cooked properly.
The wifi used to unlimited with a 50Mbps top speed but now they've installed a new wifi plan that only offers 150GB data monthly to it's residents at a max speed of 10Mbps. Working from home becomes impossible as you can't stay connected to official meetings and can't even upload you work to the company server quickly. It takes 4-5 hours to upload any form of important data at such low speeds. If you want more data then the residents must pay more money on top everything they already pay for to get more data added to their account.
The manager is the worst as he doesn't address these issues but tries to convince you to live with them as though we are bound to do as he wishes.
His absolute lack of care for the residents complains is nothing short of disrespectful and hurtful as we are the customers and our complains must be heard and addressed with top priority.
My opinion is to avoid this nightmare of a property as Zolo is only trying to make money without giving any thoughts as to it's resident's well being and choices. I'm paying 15500 + electricity bill every month for a single room and now I have to start paying for wifi as well. In my opinion it's better to go for any other PG other than this sorry excuse for a PG.

Third class management & property. I thought problem in property management. No! Problem in Zolo System and their management. I tried twice in differe city after that this is my review. Don't expect anything on call or phone. You can't reach on phone and no one respond on phone.

Poor services. Tasteless food. The location is very bad. And zolo take a lot of time to solve issues. Not recommended.

Sabb shi hai but please switch off the motor on time wali baat constant hai khana shi nhi hai baki services like House keeping and all are best. And all the appliences work perfectly. But don't join the zolo whatsapp group too many unnecessary complaints are there just a honest and a joke kind review

Food is really horrible here and despite of many complaints they are not changing it.
All other things are good.
Wi-fi Internet, Washing Machine, TV, Housekeeping and other stuff is great.

Too small room don't go there also the room price is more.
There are many more PG like Akshay luxurious gents pg in that location go for that PG you will get much more facilities in less price.

Comfortable stay at affordable rate with all the amenities provided to fullfill your basic requirements. One main thing of Zephyr is that it is at a walkable distance from Global Village Tech. Park.

Cozy and comfortable place and the best thing about Zolo Zephyr is the location - just short walk to the back gate of Global Village. I am liking the services and accountability on offer and would recommend to this to abyone searching for a value-for-money PG in the vicinity of Global Village.
