Worst ever app. They charge 50% + additional charges upon cancellation after just 5 mins of booking because they showed the pickup location before booking as 2 kms but after booking it showed the actual address to be 22 kms!
Totally their mistake but they gulped down over 10k in the name of cancellation charges and repeatedly hiding behind their stupid policies.
Never book Zoomcar, use Revv instead.

Empty fuel tank was given during pickup, now fake bill is given and false charges is being charged for fuel refuelling. Someone please reach out to me to resolve my issue. They have confirmed the booking, just half an hour before pickup, they cancelled my booking. My resort booking for 3 days got wasted.

Worst support in Mysore, they couldnot replace or resolve the issue for 5hours, they are the worst don't choose them

Never take any zoomcar ever, these guys are fraud total fraud, zoomcar is going down very soon, these guys talk to to their customers as they are taking pity on us, i booked a zoomcar for a trip, for 5 hours i couldn't find the car, they kept changing the locations again and again and again, and the customer service is so bad they won't even pickup your call no matter what, they would charge you in advance but will make excuses when to return your amount after service failure, these guys are the worst, never take car no matter how cheap it's showing, this company will come to an end very soon, also they do not refund the full amount, in that also they'll cut some amount and refund you the rest. Don't know why this service is still there, it should be thrown out of the country.

Horrible service. The owner reported issue with their in-car device a day before my trip but still the zoomcar representatives didn't care to review it. They instead were asking me to debug the issue at the owner place at the start time of the trip. Wasted 4hrs of my time. Again they said they'll send a technician in an hour while keeping me standing on road in hot sun. I declined their service. Wasted my time, money and they tested my patience. Worst experience.
