They are a fraud company. Never use them. We had got a car in Bangalore for 15 days and the car had breakdown. Zoomcar did not give us any refund and told us that it was our fault.
They are a fraud company. There ar many better options you can use.

My car was hold at third party garage from last 3 months for repair process, repair team rep can reachable, and he advise me to wait for approval to garage from zoom car limited. I am helpless to recover my car, any one can help me?

Worst experience. I am zoom host, one of my booking JPSNIZV76 which got completed on 14th of October but it is still showing ongoing booking in App. Customer is not able to end the trip but charged for trip. I didn’t receive my booking money from zoom. We are trying to reach zoom customer care but no help pathetic service.

My car was stolen by one of the zoom car customer, i have given police complaint at Hyderabad PS. There is no response from zoom customer support. There numbers are invalid there mail-id are not reachable.

Zoom car is a fraud company. They have not refunded my money even the host has cancelled the booking. Nobody is responding and company is full of fraud people and cheaters

After lot of haggling they refunded. They don’t have a call centre support just an inefficient chatbot which keeps repeating questions. Unpleasant and stressful experience with Zoomcar

Only issue is that the ZOOMCAR team would have provided one host support contact number. It will be of great use.

Such a worst experience i had ever experienced. I booked a zoom car and the booking got cancelled by host at last min. As promised they did not initiate refund still its been more than a month.
There is no response for mails also there is no way to reach them through call.
Never approach their service or book a car with zoom, they are totally scam

No 1 fraud company
No refunds instead of refunding the fuel amount they put outstanding amount without any reason to compensate that
No customer supports
They never pick the calls
I requested to every citizen don't avail their services.
They are charging 2000 rupees for a 12 hr booking which is not fair so far
If we had to book a car for a day it means we have to paid 4000 wow fraud services zoomcar

Highly disappointed by the performance of the ZoomCar Host Program. Issues are not being resolved and people approaching for my personal cars seems to be of suspicious nature without having proper identity and gullible in nature.

These guys are again defaulting on their refund. I had to cancel my booking as I couldn't make it. It's been a month with no refund and my 4k is stuck with these guys. I think I made a mistake in re-choosing them. If they cannot handle the customer why the re-opened their services.

This is worst experience with zoom car now. Earlier it was very good and now after corona I feel they absconded. I visited their corporate office to cross check, but office vacated and also visited their forum booking center and it is converted to ola drive.visited again another 2 booking spot but they are vacated. I have last booking refund of ₹1500 pending from sep 20. Customer care no not reachable and raised multiple requests through app no response. Though all these they are allowing booking and making people suffer by not refunding. So I stopped booking and I would recommend others not to book zoom car and get cheated by their refunds.

Pathetic services by Zoomcar as they are not refunding your money back m waiting for my money to get it refund from last one month, whenever we call customer care they always says wait for 24hrs

Car was booked with the full amount paid, but the car itself was never delivered and the delivery agent says call the customer support but they never pick up we tried calling them the whole day while we had to make alternate arrangements for the days trip. What pathetic low life businness ethic is this. There is no way to reach out to them. Customer care never picks up. So do not waste your money booking anything from here. Low life pathetic service.

I have booked a car but it showing the car is not available and the customer care is not even picking up the call for assistance

Plz do not make any bookings with Zoom as there is no customer contact number or its cleverly evaded and the refunds are not going to happen this has turned out to be a big problem to get your money back

Have booked a car yesterday and got the confirmation then out of nowhere the booking disappeared from app and now i am not able to call customer care since my booking is not there.
Zoomcars, please take necessary actions otherwise wil have to report it authorities

One of the worst service providers. Even after repeated calls we won’t get callback or any resolutions. Also no supervisor is available if we want to escalate the issue. Two days in a row they were unable to provide the booked car. In one case they even let me unlock car with app but cannot use the car as the car owner already unlisted the car from zoomcar

It’s very bad experience. No reply on customer support nos and no call back. They kept me waiting for confirmation till last moment and then after no information. There is no clarity abt the refund either

Booking ID: JPS692YMA, stranded on deserted streets across gurgaon. Booked for 9.30pm. Got a call at 7 am saying the car we booked is not available and they'll change the car.reached location at 9.30. Owner didn't want to give car (cuz zoom car harassed then). Zoomcar answered call after 30 minutes, promised call back in 15. Didn't receive any call. Called again, waited for 25 minutes. Allotted a different car. We take a cab and reach the place. The car is not there. Call again, waited for 30-35 mins on call, they say they'll allot another car. I booked multiple cabs. They say there's going to be no reimbursement for that. All of this at around 12 am with my girlfriend and I stranded in the middle of nowhere. And then suddenly during the call Zoomcar executives hang up the call saying they are cancelling the booking. We were eve teased, we were extremely un safe, these streets were deserted and we were just asked by your customer care executives to move from one place to the other at that hour in the night. And then finally we had to postpone our travel plans, book a hotel and stay in Gurgaon that night and all because of your services! We have been scarred by this incident, we were totally unsafe at that hour and extremely poor service from zoom car. We are filing a case with the consumer court.

Zoom car is no longer a car rental company (dont have their own fleet). Its a mediator between car owners (willing to rent) & car seekers (looking to rent). So if in case if the car owner changes his mind at the last moment (about giving the car on rent) then you will have to stand on the road for hours with a couple of calls with customer care executives who have no idea how much hardship you are facing with family & luggage & no alloted car for hours. Additionally please dont opt for a home delivery at 99/ as this is nothing but a comforting scam (only during booking) they dont have poroper staff to handle all the bookings & at the last moment you have to take auto/Uber to go & pick your car yourself. In short please opt for mychoise or some other reliable service providers but not zoom car. I booked a car with them after 3/4 years & had a pathetic experience & not going back to them in future (I have taken multiple cars during 2015-2018 & had a good experience but not any more)

Zoomcar company is not responding at all for my mails and call and I found not fair about their refund policy. They don't have active customer service number. Below is my experience with them. I felt cheated on that by Zoomcar.

I have booked car on 25th Dec 2021. I was supposed to get delivery at Domlur location at 6 AM. But there is no car available. I called to customer care and they told will respond in half an hr. I waited and called back on 7 am. They said again same. I waited again but no response. I decided to cancel and I called them around 7: 50 am and asked to cancel because it is already late. They told they will but they did not cancelled.

Suddenly, I got message on night around at 11 pm, Thank you for travelling with Zoomcar. I surprised and called to customer care. They had accepted to provide refund as early as possible as mistake were from their side. They cancelled booking and told me to forget messages.
But,
-Till date no call from Zoomcar.
-I tried various numbers which are available on internet. But failed to connect.
-You will able to connect only if you have confirmation on order.

Now it's been more than 20 days, but no refund from them yet. It's confirmed Zoomcar is not responding.
-I don't have any customer care number through which I can connect.
-I don't have any email id through which I can raised query.

I have tried to raise query to app but there is no provision to raise query against that booking.

Kindly advise how to get out of it, if anyone knows way out?

Had no problems picking up the car, driving it for 4 days and dropping it off. We drove 24km over the booked amount which was to be charged at ₹10/km for a total of ₹240 extra charge. A day later I checked the app to find a pending charge of ₹9760 for extra kms used. Have tried contacting support through email and call but have had no success. Please look into this to edit the extra charge and refund the extra fuel amount back.

Booked a car yesterday for an emergency trip for the coming Friday.
Made payment, and have even got a confirmation on the email that my car has been booked, now here comes the best part, i get an update on my zoom car's app showing my upcoming booking. But when i call the customer care on the number they provide on the booking page, the robo voice says that there is no booking registered with this number. Now i have sent multiple emails and requests for a call back with no response. The trip is day after tomorrow, i am still sitting unsure whether my booking will happen or not.

Worst service ever had. There is no proper channel to contact the customer care. No proper information or response from the maintenance team.

Worst experience with zoom car.
Cars are not in good condition - we tried replacing our car still facing many issues.
It's been more than a month, zoom car haven't refunded my deposit back
