Worst company in corporate sector. Only looking for profitable business employees. No ethics, worst company culture. Laying off their employees to keep low cost interns. They even dont deserve single star.

I was highly disappointed during after my1st round of HR interview they only concentrate or give importance for experience candidates they won't give a chance for freshers to explore there skills and knowledge.
I would highly recommend freshers not to join this organization and even though they provide a feedback link it won't allow us to give a feedback

I joined this company as a fresh graduate with high hopes for a promising career. Initially, it seemed like a good place to kickstart my professional journey, but over time, my experience turned sour.

One of the major drawbacks of this company is its persistent adherence to a pressurizing work culture. While it's common for companies to set high expectations for their employees, this organization seemed to take it to the extreme. Even after achieving targets, employees are subjected to relentless pressure from managers, which can be mentally exhausting.

The lack of proper management is another glaring issue. It's frustrating to witness managers who only partially perform their duties, leaving employees to fend for themselves in many situations. This lack of guidance and support can be demotivating, especially for those new to the workforce.

Moreover, the so-called "training" programs provided by the Learning and Development department were largely ineffective and seemed like a waste of time. These programs did little to enhance our skills or contribute to our professional growth.

Micro-management by team leads and managers is a constant source of irritation. It stifles creativity and independence, making it difficult to excel or contribute ideas to the organization. Instead, it breeds an environment of mistrust and frustration.

Perhaps the most concerning aspect of this company is its tendency for sudden layoffs without offering any form of compensation or ensuring a timely full and final settlement for affected employees. This callous approach to downsizing not only creates job insecurity but also leaves employees in a precarious financial situation.

In conclusion, while this company may serve as a stepping stone for freshers, it falls short in providing a conducive and supportive work environment. The relentless pressure, ineffective management, useless training, micro-management, and unfair layoffs make it one of the worst companies. I would caution anyone considering employment here to weigh their options carefully before committing to a career at this organization.

Overall, this is the best place I've ever worked. The culture is nothing but uplifting. Even as a distributed team, you build meaningful connections between team members and feel as though you're part of an invincible community. Feels great to be a part of the young crowd mostly!

HR team is having lots of attitude especially PARIDHI. She is even not fit for the job and unnecessarily rejecting the candidates. HR PARIDHI is main person behind the politics in the company

I have never saw such worst company in my career, they will make candidates wait for the interview and in interview with 5mins they will say they want to jump in to other and will logout and simply the feedback is rejected. There will be no value for candidates time and experience. They even cannot give detailed feedback why they rejected the candidate. As an organisation it was their right to select qualified candidates but even hardly interview will not happen for 5mins but they will reject.my advice to job aspirants is please do not waste your time in giving interviews for zyoin.companies without professional behaviour cannot be encouraged.
Worst interview process ever and I think for publicity purpose they post job requirements and schedule interviews.

I'd not recommend anyone to sit for the Interview. After the 3ed round of interview. They offered me very low compensation as compare to what was promised during the screening round.

I wanted to put a review to share an amazing experience I have had with Zyoin till now. I came across a recent review by Ms. Ankita Rath. I am stunned to read this review and I wonder how it happened. I am also a trainee talent acquisition at Zyoin. I had gone through the same onboarding process with evaluation. I was able to clear the assessment and fortunately I got the opportunity to explore the amazing culture at Zyoin. To answer the concern raised by Ms Ankita; I would like to highlight that we have been informed thrice before joining about the evaluation process and it's been clearly stated; in case evaluation is not cleared; unfortunately we can't go ahead with the training; hence it's been reminded at each step of onboarding how important is it to take evaluation seriously. However; I believe there is a slight misunderstanding and I completely understand the distress. I wish your friend all the best in future endeavours and also would like to state that Zyoin offers to sit for evaluation again in case the candidate is really interested.

Extremely unprofessional and unclear with the process. They do not reply to messages when needed the most and wouldn't answer calls or update you with the interview status. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I had been called for IT recruiter interview. I was done with 2 rounds on Friday and asked me to come on Monday for other round with CEO. CEO was having fun with the team, because it was Fun Friday! I had been called to meet him for just 5 min discussion. I met him on Monday and left.

I called my SPOC to check my feedback and got to know that i have been rejected. Reason: do not know, she said.

Candidate is applying job to fulfill their dreams, learn skills, make career and make money. Don't waste their time by calling unnecessarily. CEO round should have done on same day because it is just 5 min discussion that's it.

I'm happy to see the way they treat employees at company but not happy with the way they treat candidates from outside for interview.

Worst consultancy ever in Bangalore. Guys please dont join this consultancy. So much micromanagement. What ever positive review is showing all written by internal employee, I confirmed one of my friend who has worked there for 3months.

Very unprofessional environment. They will just call you for the interview and make you wait for 1 hour giving the reason that all meetings rooms are booked. If you call asking for feedback they will just disconnect the call.

They will talk so sweet and put u in serious trouble. They manipulate their current employees to give good ratings and reviews to spoil many freshers life. Trust me i have lost my job (8years exp & Married) without any prior notice and havent received any compensation and relieving letter more than 130 days.

Still as per offer letter i am a permanent employee of zyoin.they are threatening me for legal action when i ask for my relieving letter.

And i asked for water in 1st round and they given me water after 3rd round of interview. And last they sent an email that your profile is not matching to our requirement.what type of interview it is.
