Alfam and kuboose isn't worth the money. Other restaurants offer better food and doesn't cost as much.

Worst food I ever had. I give a try for biriyani and it was not at all good. There was no Gravy in biriyani atleast a chicken should have a onion Gravy. It's just like white rice and 2 chicken piece. Then I asked for some Gravy they have given me a Gravy which can't even taste its feel like cooked yesterday and made it hot n give to me.

Please don't try biriyani from this restaurant. Not sure about other items.

One of the best barbeque resturant in Kottayam and also the ambience is very good but one thing they need to improve is the parking area.

WORST! The barbecue they call Hot Bbq is absolute garbage; they provide pineapple juice which is a fun all together ; if can, avoid going to 12 to 12 Barbeque.

It was an horrible experience, we've ordered 4 bbq breast pieces, we got it without that delay, but then we ordered beverage, it took a lot, and no service guy was there to ask, need to go downfloor for any assistance, lateron once we came to pay, they were saying, the drinks will be ready in few minutes.it's unacceptable from one of the main restaurant around samkranthi.

Food was pathetic.we ordered Chicken Bririayani.they served it after some time but it was too much cold and full of masala. By given they said it is hyderabadi style biriyani which we don't get even in Hyderabad. Seems that food was not fresh so we had to come out without eating.
Service was okey but when food was bad what to say.

About 1 hour waiting time after ordering the food. 2,3 tables available which again make another waiting time of hours.
I ordered a ppr bbq and got a part which was raw chicken and got little discount.
All over worst experience

Very bad experience, i got rotten food today (3.3.2023), they are not even apologizing. But I asked for fired rice and they gave me that, do guys pls make sure the quality of the food when you are ordering at night.
I wanted to give zero stars but no options found for that,

I had ordered for chicken biryani in zomato but received chicken noodles instead for it so awful first time experienced
Payed 227 with delivery fee and wasted the noodles
So awful!

Bad customer service experience. Had to ask 4 times just to get hot water. Train your staff. Not coming back here again.

Clearly overpriced. Chicken tikka masala have only 3 small chicken pieces and costed 210.taste is average.but good atmosphere.

It is one of my favourite spot.the food is absolutely awesome and taste like we eat from our home ️! Really appreciate the people behind it for carrying the consistency of the taste and quality of food served

A nice place to visit with family and friends. Good ambience. Food price is very reasonable. Grilled items are really good. Wide variety of items are available.

Get there around 5 in evening. Quiet and not busy at all. Food was worth waiting. Service is also good.

Don't ever try this. Ordered breast piece combo for 180₹. Chicken was undercooked. It was literally raw inside. Rumali too was hard as rock.

It is worth trying some Rice combo items. Liittle bit over priced. Most of the time there is rush.
