Worst experience ever. Ambience is okay but I have gotten better at a lower price. Service is pathetic. They are leeches who just want to get more money from you and won't provide you services accordingly. For even a single thing, you have to ask multiple times plus even if they do it they will be so rude.

I will not recommend it at all.

I'm not familiar with the property, but what I do know is that the management and people there are not good.a booking was made a month in advance, and the money was deducted without entering the OTP. I called them immediately to request a cancellation, but the General Manager said, 'No matter what you do, we won't refund your money. '

I've been in the hospitality industry for many years, and while I understand that hotels often have a no-refund policy to prevent losses, we booked a month in advance and requested cancellation within 5 minutes. Unfortunately, they didn't entertain our request. I later asked for a modification of the date, but they also denied that when I involved the bank to retrieve the payment. It seems all my efforts were in vain.

I find it disappointing that they can be so greedy. Regardless of how well the property is managed, if the people running it are that greedy, I won't recommend it. In the end, I lost both my money and the chance to stay. This has been my worst experience ever, and it raises questions about where the hospitality, customer care, and decency are in this situation.

If you’re looking to stay here, kindly change your mind. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. First of all this place is so unworthy of the hype given, definitely not a resort. Don’t get deceived by their fancy name and the pictures they’ve posted. They’re charging more than what a 5 star property charges per night which is totally ridiculous and unreasonable for the room cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance.
Mainly this place is not kid friendly as they claim to be. There was no high chair at the property for babies and they didn’t even provide baby meals. Why the hell are you charging so much then? For not providing anything.
The furnitures in the room are so tacky and dirty. Power sockets didn’t work. The room had a foul smell and moreover it had so many bugs, insects and mosquitoes, which is a complete for me. Room had leaky pipes and no hot water provisions. Absolutely awful rooms and the quality. I expected at least a decent room which wasn’t provided.
There was no security and the gate was closed by the time we reached the property after local site seeing. We had to call upon the reception desk and asked to open the door.
There were no options given at breakfast which is said to be complimentary anything else you order is chargeable. If you want extra bottle it’s chargeable. Moreover they’re not even professional and transparent with their communication. When I had to move out for an emergency I wasn’t even given 50% refund or any other credits.
Total waste of money. I HONESTLY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ELSE.

Its really a nice hotel. The roomsbare really specious & spotless with good room service as well.
The breakfast buffet was also with different choices for the customers.
Must visit hotel.

Such a pathetic experience for the amount they charge us. The ambience is good but services provided is so basic. After paying such a hefty amount, the bedsheet we got were not clean. We had to ask them to change it. And can you imagine, the TV in our room were not working. What do they expect us to do when we are indoors. I complained about the TV within an hour and still they could not fix it. Never worth the money!

36 Palms Beach Resort can easily boast of having an awesome location and its proximity to the ocean. It is ideal for folks wanting to be close to nature. There is a lovely deck from where one can enjoy the ocean view.

Good place. Clean and spacious rooms. Peaceful environment with sea side sounds. 36 palms beach resort is the best resort. Best place for vacation.
