Pathetic service. I've been calling them since beginning of the month asking for front windshield 3M CR70. They have been saying reasons that their people have gone for training etc and postponed. Again after calling this week around 3pm they said employees are not available for fixing film and I've to come in the morning. Today morning when I called they said the price has been increased by Rs. 3000 and maybe I can check some other place for fixing the film. Totally unprofessional.

Car washing is available here. Price is on the higher side, and they take longer to complete the wash, but they do a great job. My car's interior was vacuumed perfectly. My pet's hair was everywhere, but they cleared it very well. Satisfied with the service.

Good service and nice customer experience. Now they are open all 7 days a week which is more convenient for people who plan to visit on sundays.

Very poor service. They kept postponing my work. It was just logo dechroming.
The owner i guess was very very unprofessional.

We had applied PPF on our Honda City from this outlet at Trivandrum last year and it costed about ₹1.25 Lakhs. Overall the work is satisfactory, though not perfect as compared to other newer outlets. There are roughly finished places, where they claim it as due to the shape of the shell. Now a year later we can see bubbles and peel off from a few areas. When we contacted the store (in September) it was informed that "the person who was actually doing the work is now not available and they need to get a trained technician appointed directly by 3M India. Until then our case could not be taken up". Now it's more than 2 months and no further follow back from the shop. Had contacted 3M a month ago but no reply from them as well. Now I deeply regret doing the PPF on my car.

This review based on the recent visit to 3M- Trivandrum. First of all I visit 3M for their professional service, But 3M Trivandrum is running with totally unprofessional workers and Manager.

I placed a service request for 3M under body coating for my newly delivered car. Specifically instructed not to spray the paint over the alloy wheels and shock absorbers. Despite of my specific instruction due to negligence and lack of supervision the worker painter all over the inner part of Alloy wheel and shock absorbers.

During inspection after completion of underbody coating I pointed out the same to the Manager, A very bad response I received for the manager.

So he indirectly ask me to ignore their mistake. The same answers and bad service can be expected in 3M Trivandrum.

I have done ceramic coating. Its was a great experience for me. I will suggest my friends 3M for ceramic coating

I visited 3M TVM car care last week and they provided very fabulous service. Especially sales and customer care executives ware very professional and they explained each and every detailed aspects of service. Highly recommended

I had some issues with my car, there were some sticky stuff in the glass. I gave the same in the showroom, they can't completely resolve it. I visited 3M, they resolved within no time did not even charge for their service. Thank you guys!

Nice Service, Reasonable rates. My car was washed properly and the application of CR70 took less time than expected.

Very bad service. After washing the dirts are still there. It's not worthy for 550 rupees.
