I had taken their services two times and was very happy both times.
The food appreciated by guests and moreover they had taken care of everything end to end, from recommending best options, arranging extra chairs, decorations etc to accomodating last minute changes abd additions.

PS: I was searching for catering options online and coincidentally chanced upon this group. Didn't look at any other options once i came to know that they are a sister concern of Grace Restuarant.

It was nice experience to have an order with 4S for my small get-together. It was purely veg menu but quality was very satisfying. Guest were happy with hot Appam and Puri. All other dishes were of very good quality. Now I feel my decision was right. Service people were very courteous and humble. Satisji thanks a lot. Time comes in future i may again approach you. We booked Mr Satish’s 4S Catering services for our Sindhi-Malayalee wedding. Considering most of our guests were North Indians, we wanted to bring both flavours together.
We can’t thank the 4S team enough for the beautiful food presented at the wedding that even after a month everyone is talking about it. We added street chats- gol gappa, sev puri etc, also desserts like gajar ka halwa, and puran poli, everything was yummy! The sadya was an absolute delight!

We ordered catering from 4S for our new year get together. The food was delicious and tasted homely. Dal makhani, carrot halwa were class apart and yummy. Chicken 65 and chicken masala we mouthwatering.

4S! From today onwards the name itself will be a nightmare 4me.not only me.my whole family.it was my kids first birthday party.venue was at tvm golf club.when i booked the venue the manager sudheesh koshy gave me a contact of a catering service who normally doing catering for events in golf club.it was 4s caterers.i called him. Just enquired and after setting with my event management Team, confirmation given to 4s by my event management team. All discussed between them: date, time, rate, menu, tables, chairs etc.all. They did nt mention about any advance or manual booking. Booking thru ph was deal by them. And after this, two weeks passed.

Two days b4 party, 4s team told event management team that v should arrange tables n chairs too. And gave the requirements too (table nos etc). All were set on the day.party starting time was 5.30pm. Around 4.30 pm event manager just enquired about status of food delivery abd they told the order was not confirmed!

All guests were almost there, v felt like in hell. Not only the pressure n tension #not only last minute running dilemma for 70 people food#not only being answerable to many questions #it was a huge mental trauma of being cheated by a "reputed" company! I tried to connect with the manager sudheesh koshy who made me link to this caterers.he didnt pick my call!

my event management team quickly arranged sone other catering food and whole tvm was stuck in traffic jam today evening, they too.food was lately delivered (nor their fault of last minute catering team?)

If the order is not confirmed, why they insisted of taking tables as per their requirements.that too on yesterday.and he told order not confirmed when we called him just 1hr b4 promised delivery. Manners doesnt matter?
Cheating by a" well-known "catering company on a precious day spoiled all our happiness.worst worst and horrible experience.

We had 4s catering team for the decorations, lunch and dinner for my wedding eve reception at home. The first thing I'd like to mention is the punctuality they maintained during all the meetings we had to decide the menu and other details. We had a vast number of choices and the price point was comfortable for us. The seafood, meat and all dishes were fresh, tasty and we received lots of good reviews from all our guests. The decorations were also done well throughout my home. The service team also was very professional and attended to our guests during meal times. Overall, our event went very well!

They don’t even deserve a single star. The most important thing a catering agency should have is trust. They have confirmed our party order well in advance. Just 2 days before the function, they are not responding to our calls and messages. This is not at all acceptable. We struggled to find a new caterer in the last minute.

Please Note that finding a new caterer is my headache. You don’t have to advise me. First of all have you should have basic manners to make a call back. Keep your arrogance with yourself.

Had a very good experience with 4s catering. They catered my wedding reception and lunch at home on the same day. Extremely professional and courteous staff providing excellent service. Food was also very good, a lot of it was prepared during the event to keep the food fresh and tasty. All in all very satisfied thanks.

Food is very ordinary. Expected a tasty one by believing the previous comments. But i was upset. The main course was not fresh.

All events are tense moments for family. From creating a great ambiance, having good food, guest relations, parking arrangements and what not. Early this month we had our brothers wedding and our tensions were no less. But thanks to Sathi and his 4S Catering team, we had an absolutely stress free, memorable and wonderful event. From the ambiance that was created (stage, people area and counters deco) to light and sound magic and the most important tasty food (mort of which done at the venue hot and yummy). 4S Team was well dressed, well behaved and delighting the guest. And all this time the Sathi leading from the front till the end of the event. Thank you very much 4S for a memorable event. All this at a rate which is most competitive we could get in the city.

I have known Mr Sateesh, the owner of 4s Catering for over a decade and we have always availed his company's catering services for all our house functions be it wedding or house functions. He has always taken care to ensure the food delivered are of the highest quality and very fresh and the services are to top standards. Recently we had a marriage function in our house and we availed 4s catering for organising the food and decoration. All the guests unanimously had excellent opinion about the food. And decoration that was put up for the function. I would personally recommend to avail 4s catering services as I'm pretty certain Mr Sateesh will lool after you very well.

Today was my engagement and 4s catering had taken up the catering for the event. The services were incredible. The cake and food was amazing. The welcome drinks like tender coconut punch and Popcorn were really good. Food items like biryani, chicken 65, wine, mango pickle.etc were mouthwatering. The staff was excellent in dealing with our guests and they were very helpful for our every need and stayed for the event like family. Friends and relatives gave special mention about the food and the services.

I have attended a marriage engagement function on 12/05/2022 at Trivandrum. A simple and auspicious function the catering section provided by 4S Catering, Trivandrum. In the hall just 2 wecome drinks Tender Coconut punch and Lemon juice with mint i have seen these 2 varieties first time and very chilled and nice. In the lunch session
large verieties of traditional kerala dishes veg and non veg. The promoter of the from Sh. Sathish itself present the entire function with his team. He is a nice guy really appreciable job done. Finally i am rarely attending these type of functions as i am living in North India. Fish curry is so tasty like home made, beef items, kerala veg curries and even variety of mouth watering Achars. Totally i am satisfied on their food and more appreciable is their service. Wishing all the best for 4S Caters, Trivandrum especially Mr. Sathish and each member of his team. We recently had a small function, at our house. The arrangements were as per covid protocol. Temperature check machine and sanitisers were arranged by 4S. They could incorporate even the last minute changes in the menu. Mr. Satish was very helpful. Services were very professional and the charges were reasonable. The first time we experienced the food by 4s was from my cousin's marriage functions.the food was delicious.we had many items all were really good.with this beautiful experience we went to give an order for my sister's engagement function.the owner Mr. Sathish was very friendly and professional.he invited us to the office and carefully listened to our requirements.and provided valuable suggestions. Must say he is very customer centric.he checked the venue and made all the necessary arrangements.on the event day.the food and other arrangements were executed perfectly.the taste and quality were awesome.chicken and mutton were realy tender and delicious.the fish items were also very fresh.and the portion was also very good.the excess food was packed promptly and delivered home.the value for money was also very appreciative.overall a big thanks to Mr. Sathish and his 4s team for the great job they had done.all the best for all your future events.

From hall arrangement to food taste n service everything was well looked into n we didn't had to face any botherations. They know what they are doing n we do not have to run behind giving instructions.
First when we met Mr. Satish to book the date n menu, he was very polite n professional n helped us through the menu. He looks into every minute factors n is very dedicated. Even on engagement day he stayed with his team throughout the function n made sure everything went smooth. After the function was over, the team even packed n gave us the extra food.
All was well looked into, n our guests really liked the food. We got good compliments about the food n the hassle-free arrangements n service.
Let me tell u, what I felt most extraordinary is the chicken fry which was very soft (unlike the dry n hard ones that are usually served for functions by many other caterers) n also we have ordered rumali roti from Mr. Satish's Takeaway 'GURKHA', Kowdiar. Even after an hour the rumali roti was very soft n we could just have it with three fingers n all were fingerlicking tasty.
