The rooms are cozy and faces the backwaters. They have common pool and private pool rooms. Both the pools have maintained well. We enjoyed the stay but the food was average

The property is good but the hospitality has to be improved a lot, especially Mr. Rubie, the manager incharge has to be given an elaborate explanation about hospitality. Poor guest service.

In addition to the stunning location and excellent service, the food at 976 Panamgad was truly a highlight of our trip. The local dishes were delicious and bursting with flavor, and the presentation of each meal was impeccable. The variety of dishes on offer ensured that there was something for everyone. And beautiful place and that swimming pool and that sarounding of that place blessed with greenary this is too beautiful ️

This is the best villa I've ever been, the villa is clean, specious and very pleasant environment, well furnished villa, comfortable pool and close to beach.
Also pleasant hosts and a great food.

Things I love:
The property is just amazing. The highlight of the place is the view obviously and whoever designed this house has carefully designed it in such a way that the entrance builds up to that final view. Right from the narrow roads slowly leading to the property entrance then walking up to the lounge then the infinity pool to that picture perfect view. Breathtaking. The staff is really welcoming and amazing. We have small children and they surprised them with pool toys. I was not expecting that. It’s in all the small details that you feel taken care of and they did that wholeheartedly. They even gave us a fishing stick upon request and was a fun activity to do. You have to preorder lunch dinner, etc since they are catering specifically to you. So make sure you cover everything you will need. Food was great and don’t forget to order extra brownies because it was awesome and you will want more.
Improvements suggested:
I only say improvement because I loved the place but just few things to kick it up a notch. The bedding, pillows and pillow covers can use a touch of luxury to match with the rest of the experience. Also perhaps consider to add a more sturdy lock for the rooms.

Absolutely mesmerising experience with our stay. We just spend 1 night here occupying only 2 of the 4 rooms available and it was just a night to remember. All the things from the amenities, to the views to the service and the food were beyond exemplary. Robbie who was the manager was extremely cordial and attended to our every need. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a modern urban Kerala style but not wanting to go too far from the city.

Breathtaking views, Awesome scenery, perfect place for relaxation, 4 rooms for a small family get-together, courteous staffs at your service. The best choice for those who love privacy. Kayaking is the highlight of this place. Love the ambience.
The cots are medium sized, so difficult for family with kids as they don't have babycots. Extra bed rates are expensive.

The place caters to just 4 rooms at once. So its perfect and private. Feels just like home. The rooms are cozy and faces the backwaters. The pool is good. Private pools look superb. Thet are clean and in thr midst of trees in the backyard. There are 2 rooms with private pools. The greenery has been well maintained and clean. Service is timely yet they do not bug you with anything. It was home away from home. The bathrooms were neat too. All necessary utilities are available. HOT WATER ROUND THE CLOCK. Food was delicious. There is no in room 'dining' except snacking. The kettles work perfectly. Air conditioning is fine too. The dining area is common but its like a family dining room furnished to look like home. There isn't a TV in the room which is great. Valuable time is spent with quality and not like zombies. The property is very neat and germ free as they tend to cleaning quite often. There are many outdoor tables to dine or do whatever and they look equally peaceful during night and day. No pests except few mosquitoes but they do provide quality repellants. The lighting is warm and respects privacy. Worth the money

Both myself and my partner agree that this is the best place we have each stayed. Gopal and the team did a brilliant job of looking after us, absolutely gutted to be leaving their wonderful cooking behind!

Must visit, this place is one of the best places to come to just relax and do nothing and disconnect from the world. The service is impeccable, the food is simply delicious. You can fool people into thinking you are in Bali. The private pool is such a great relief to just relax and rewind.

Had a great relaxing weekend at 976 Panangad. Located just half an hour away from Kochi City, it is easily accessible and the perfect place to take a break from City life. Visited the property with my wife and year old son. 976 Panangad is very well maintained and perfectly preserved. Eco friendly and zero plastic use. Evident that a lot of thought has gone into each and every detail at the property to make it as perfect as it is. The room was very comfortable in every way. Unlike other hotels and resort, 976 Panangad uses Rock salt filtration for it’s common pool which was good to experience. The plunge pool abutting our room was clean and warm too, a great way to start the morning. The staff is courteous, warm and very helpful. Food was Excellent, they cook as per your requirement and they source the raw materials as per your order ensuring that everything is as fresh as one can get. Chef Reghu surprised us with his expertise, meat cooked perfectly, the right amount of spices and balance was perfect and we were offered a very generous serving. Gopal, the property manager was exceptional, the way he arranged everything for us and made sure we had the perfect stay. They have a very interesting library with some great reads as well as many indoor games to keep you engaged. Kayaking and fishing are available at the property on demand. Lucky to have witnessed some boat race practice early in the morning. Drizzle made the place look serener. 976 Panangad was quite an experience.

Being by the backwaters and having an infinity pool, 976 Panangad is a lovely property and really well made.
The rooms are big, spacious, clean and very comfortable.
It’s located little away from the city which is perfect as you have a quiet environment to relax and enjoy the backwaters.
It’s expensive but totally worth the price you pay if you’re looking to experience staying by then backwaters in the lap of luxury.
