Today afternoon I purchased rice the behaviour of slim white colour sales lady was very bad so I quiet shopping from there.

To be frank this is costly. Get the MRP items, you are safe. Do jot touch loose items. I went for rice and the difference is 14rs/kg. Really? Just go out and enquire the market mate.
I got the same rice Rs 14 lesser. Very bad experience

Well maintained shopping mall in the heart of Palakkad city. Staff need to be more customer friendly.

All products are available at reduced rates from biscuit/cookies to biggies. It is somewhat crowdy at times.

Better customer care. Varieties of items are plenty. All items are given less than mrp. Almost reaching the standard of the counterpart of the same shop at Railway colony. Getting huge attractions from the folks of the town. Once a customer then they will be loyal customer.

Shopping ambiance is very awesome and wishes to come again and again. Training must be give to the staffs for how to behave with customers when some one comes to purchase.talks like they are giving charity items to the customers even tough the get paid from the customers who visits from this shop.

A nice supermarket in the most disastrously placed shopping mall in town. This is the only shop that makes Thappys mall worth visiting
