The only mall in the town. Food court on the top floor. This mall does not have multiplex theatre.

Best place for spending time with family. A small mall. You can do shopping, eat food and play games. Just around 3 kilometers from Tirur town.

Mall generally provide dedicated parking areas for customers. Hypermarket is there and great discounts available. There is a food court and a game center. Few clothing stores are available like MAX, TRENDS.

This place gives one of the best mall experience in nearby cities. Main attraction is indoor games and playing areas for kids. Reliance trends and max provides great shopping experience for everyone. There

Located at Tirur. A large underground parking is available and well maintained clean mall. A special childrens playing area and food court is available.

Visited the area on 28/May/2023. Just a mall for couples (teens) to spend on. Not airconditioned or anything. It's a 3 floor mall with some good outlets of Max and Reliance Trends. They do have a small gaming centre with a food court where we can see lot of little boys trying to impress their partner by getting them food and stuff. Lol. Over-all a good mall to spend time for the locals in the area.

A decent mall with few clothing stores like MAX, TRENDS and such.
They do have a supermarket in the ground floor.
There aren't much options for food in the food court though.
They do have a play area for kids opposite to the food court, which is pretty good.
If you are expecting very little, then this place won't disappoint you.
P. S - PRAYER HALL IS AVAILABLE AT THE GROUND FLOOR

Good mall. Have couple of good options for shopping. Neat & clean overall especially washrooms. Have good underground parking facility.

A good and beautiful Shopping mall for natives of Tirur. It's referred as 'Lulu Mall of Tirur'. A large and fantastic hypermarket is there. All the home appliances, food items, vegetables, bakery, kichen needs, dress materials and all others are available. The food court is enough large and you will get Fried chickens along with native food like പുട്ട് and മസാല ദോശ. The play area for kids is the main attraction here. A lot of raids and games are there.

Need lots of improvements. Yet I'm giving a generous 3 stars cause it only started. It's a small mall.shops are yet to open.foodcourt and movies attract people. No movie theatre yet and foodcourt is very average, less choices.variety isn't there. But, I'm giving almost full marks to the fun entertainment section.they've decent games.virtual reality and bumber cars too.kudos.

It note good product in the mall no offers it have only the orginal price and the air pollution is high in the aak mall road

The shopping mall which is top rated and most visited mall in the tirur area.

Not so much in shape of mall due to the appearance inside. The supermarket has been entirely covered with stickers on the glass surface which gives an empty feel while entering to the ground floor.

Food court and gaming centers are upto the mark. You can bring your kids here with no doubt for playing area

Excellent mall with two floor of hyper market has awesome clothing brands like trends. The food court is really awesome, it provides a variety of food products from various companys like chicking, pizza in, aqami etc. The AAK mall also provide a wonderful gaming platform, it has various games including virtual reality games! This mall has 3 floors (including ground floor). It provides escalators to climb and also a lift facility too. The top floor also have toilets for both the genders. The hypermarket is a best place for fruits, vegetables, sweets cloths etc.they also have electronic products. The ground floor has a popcorn part where we can buy popcorns. The vegetables and fruits in the hypermarket are provided with a reasonable price which is less than the price we get from normal retailers!

Compared with the term 'mall' this one is just close to it. It's possible to have a small trip with families as it has a play area. The vibe of a mall is completely disappeared in here.

Awesome place. Located at Naduvilangadi. Very Good playing area for kids. The hypermarket is also good. Below 2 km from tirur bus stand.

A new landmark for tirur, Area of the mall not spacious, Underground parking can accommodate below hundred cars. The mall include AAK hyper market, relaince trends, Funworld and food court. In food court Chiking fried chicken, coffee shop etc available. In hypermarket less collection every items.

The first mall in the area.fewer area of food court. A good portion of the mall is used for children to play.

This place is OK for hangout with family and friends. Still there are more shops to be opened. Front office needs to be well maintained in terms of aesthetic and staffing. Well mannered and professional-looking staff needs to be appointed as this is the front office and that tells the world their hospitality and how they care for the visitors. Kids do have good place to have fun. Food court is not that attractive nor are there many options to choose from. 4 stars is given expecting they will take measures to make it even better.
