Customer service is very bad. The attitude towards customers is pathetic. The food is not upto the mark. Don't go for looks they have high attitude problem.

Have ordered meals and waited for nearly an hour and the lady taking the order was sooo indifferent and was busy attending orders of customers who came after me

I had visited this hotel before a couple of days. The food was good. But The suppliers attitude and service is not acceptable. They are not customer friendly and treating the customers well. Meanwhile other things are ok.

ഭക്ഷണം ലേറ്റ് ആകുമെങ്കിൽ കസ്റ്റമറിനോട് ആദ്യമേ പറയുക. വിശക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് ആളുകൾ ഫുഡ്‌ കഴിക്കാൻ വരുന്നത്. ഓർഡർ ചെയുന്ന സാധനം താമസിക്കുമെങ്കിൽ പെട്ടെന്ന്കിട്ടുന്ന മറ്റെന്തെങ്കിലും ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തോളാം. 12 പൊറോട്ടക്കും 2 ചിക്കൻ ഫ്രൈ യും വാങ്ങാൻ അരമണിക്കൂർ. നിന്ന് നിന്ന് കാലിൽ വേരിറങ്ങുമ്പോഴാണ് ഫുഡ്‌ കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നത്.
ഇതിപ്പോ പലതവണ ആയി.
ഇനി ഈ ഹോട്ടലിലേയ്ക്കില്ല.

Worst chicken biriyani ever, no cleanliness, served lemon juice in dirty glass, overall bad experience

The quantity is very less and the price is high. When you order, they will charge extra amount of ₹ 40 as delivery charge for 2.5km.
