Didn't go there with any expectations, Just happened to be hungry and preferred veg food for lunch. Previous veg restaurant in the way seemed too crowded so this was next on the way. Had Podi dosa and curd Vada with tea. Surprisingly food tasted good. Restaurant looked clean and had good ambience. Either it is new or it is maintained well. The serving staff was women unlike other veg restaurants where they employ migrant workers. And they could tell you the fairly good menu one by one non stop. Overall good experience!
The worst restaurant experience I had in my life. Myself with my family had to wait for around 30 mins in front of the table. The waiter looks very arrogant and didn't even clean the table or delivered water to us. He was walking here and there. When we reported this to the staff in cash counter, he looked helpless. Finally we had to walk out and our dinner for the day was ruined. Will never visit this place again. The lighting in Ac dining was pathetic.
Located in NH66, this restaurant is good for teavellers. You can find all typical Tamilnadu style dishes here and the food is good. There is enough parking space now, which may not be the case once the NH66 widening is over. The premises are not well maintained - needs some refurbishing
Update: (Date: Sep 3,2023) the dining area got a good makeover and it looks nice!
Availability of vegan food attracts this place. Food is just awesome. Especially Idli vada masala dosa is so delicious. They had renovated the atmosphere of the hotel and also increased the seating capacity.
The restaurant has a good look. It has nice lighting. The price is low and the food is high quality. I really recommend the vadai. It is best to eat it with some white chutney.
Good place to start your day with a fresh breakfast. I had been here for breakfast on the way to Thiruvananthapuram airport. They do have common parking available outside the restaurant.
Good vegetarian restaurant, medium spacious, good and fast service, clean and higenic, price average, toilet attached, can park 12 cars, NH frontage, some dishes like paneer butter masala are not upto the mark, but ghee roast and chutney are tasty, , batoora and channa masala are awesome
Nice and authentic Aaryas style masala dosa and poori. However, the staff did not considered us as customer who ordered first, and we were served a little later than two or three other customers who arrived later. This is something that needs attention and correction.
Visited this place so many times. The place is located near Kaniyapuram KSRTC bus stand near the shores of National Highway 66. The main attraction is they have ample car parking space due to the width of the road in that area. The place they have maintained very neat and clean. They have planted some plants in between the seats arranged. It gives a nice ambience. When it comes to food. It is as same as the taste of majority of the vegetarian hotels. Had some poori, rice, battura and Masala dosa. All tasted good the chattni served along with the battura was good in taste and the channa masala was also very good in taste. Masala dosa was average and poori was also average. My rating is. 1. Food 3.9 2. Cleanliness 4.5 3. Service 4.5 4. Price 4.5 Overal rating 4.25
Good food. Adequate seating space. Two toilets, one each for gents and ladies. Cleanliness of toilets is below average. Food was tasty. Meals is very affordable as are other dishes. Small parking space but you can park in nearby places near the main road too. Overall, it's okay for travellers, including families.
Very comfortable to access highway side aariyas with parking Neat and tidy calm environment. Eco friendly interior ambiance with soft music. Most important food is very tasty and served without much waiting. Cooperative staff and management.
Yes.one of the best veg restaurants around. Tasty food plus the ambiance is neat and clean. Courteous service by the staffs. They have seperate AC and No AC restaurant spaces. We can park the vehicles by the side of the road and it can accommodate more vehicles. Overall good.
Delicious Food, Value for money. Had meals on banana leaf with 4 curries Sambar, Resam, Pulissery and Curd. Serving Lime Juice as welcome drink and Payasam as dessert with meals.
Initially was hesitant to give it a try as it was nearly deserted. But surprisingly food was topnotch, fresh and great service. Compared to the one @ kazhakootam this is less crowded and neat, so now a days this is our preferred place near technopark for veg options
Customer service was good. Some tasty dishes too. However qantity was too less. Breakfast side dishes served in small diya sized bowls. Puttu idiyappams served without kadala curry when ordered.
Would have given 4. Nice veg dishes. But meals are expensive. At Rs 105 you will get only a Chappatti more lol! With three side dishes only we can't say it's a taali meals. Also when I entered to have lunch, I was instructed to go into AC hall by the personnel though there were plenty of room in its general dining hall. I donno whether they charge more for AC food. But that treatment is not at all welcoming. To add more without asking for my choice they put plantain leaf before me for meals. Very bad experience! But to say it's better one in the stretch from Kazhalkoottam to Kaniyapuram
Had lunch from this place with family. Just average meals and nothing great to write about. Don't know about other tiffin items there, but lunch is not very impressive. But the place is clean and toilets are also neat. Overall, an above average veg hotel.
Nature themed restaurant. There are bamboo shoots growing around your dinner table. Unique in a way. Only a few dishes available at night but they taste good. Affordable.
