Aatumukham Restaurant & Toddy Shop

Nice food and good service. We can select the menu after seeing the dishes in the kitchen. There were so many hut like rooms for dining. We ordered crab masala roast, kanava roast, toddy, mix kozha, Kappa kozha, tuna curry, poth vara, kakka fry and porotta. All the dishes was superb except porotta. It was so hard and we didn't eat at all. There were live appam available. Overall we had a good experience.

Plenty of nonveg food available, tastes are comparatively good, not too much spicy food that good, and overall little bit expensive,
We didn't get normal toddy they provide sweet toddy, normal toddy is best, please try to provide normal toddy next time

It's okay, but a little high in price. For a small slice of Kingfish, he charged us 350Rps. Fresh fish. Tuna a little spicy.

Worst experience.if you see someone coming from outside, the rate will come to your mouth.big rate for small qty food.food without any taste.

Decided to visit Since the reviews were good and the number of people visiting were high. But the food was very average. Even the toddy was above average nothing special about the place.

First of all never visit in the rainy season. You can't enjoy. All hut will be in water so due to crowd you should be wait many hours. Good was nice and tasty. Lots of variety of foods available on your choice. Don't more expect about cleanliness. Rate is little bit high compared to other toddy family restaurants. Due to rate only give 4 star rating

Great variety of foods. With an open kitchen to choose from dishes. Munthiri kallu is a must try. Ambience and greenery is beyond words. Parking space is also good. With friends and family a private cabin space is more than enough. A sure weekend spot with friends and family.

Atmosphere and Ambience was excellent. A must to vist spot. Food was good. They have all varieties of kadal kayal poultry and all sort of meat. We have taste crab shell claps chicken quail valla curry and some other varieties. They have toddy varieties like grape toddy kanthari toddy other than normal one. They also serve soft drinks and icecream too. This must to visit spot to enjoy the nature bliss

Non veg foods are tasty, some items are a little over priced. There is not enough parking.and on holidays you have to wait a long time for getting a seat itself once you have a seat another 1-1.5 hour for food delivery

Went for dining. Tried vaala Thala curry. It was yummy. Tried kakka fry kappa and appam too. Appam is not prefered. Rest all was tasty.
The location also very calm and cool. They also offer very wide varieties of fish, beef, chicken, duck etc.

We were in a search of toddy shops to have some tasty yummy food.aatumukham was recommended by my friend. Overall appearance is of average.you can chose your food right from the kitchen. Dont expect hot delivery. Quantity is enough but quality is not marked upto the expectations. You can have your seat either in the huts or on a parked boat. Can come with family.

Good restaurants and vide variety of fish curries, fish curries were good and gravy was thick, sour and spicy. Beef, pork, Rabbit meat available but not that great. Ambience is ok, they have small cabins that will ensure privacy. Parking space and toilet facilities available. This place it is just besides the backwaters and easily accessible through road as well. This shop is just after the beverage, if you are coming via road from AC road.

In Alappuzha looking for some seafood and local cuisine,? This is the best place! Have not tried the toddy so can't comment on that

Perfect for family spot. Everything was super good. No word's to describe. That much perfect place.

They have these hut kind of seating arrangements good for families. A quiet place amidst the paddy feilds nearby boating places too. The food was good, had lot of options & freshly made on order though few items like Kappa which were already available was served cold. Their best was "pothu fry". And their service was really good too. Attentive and on time!

Superb Food quality. Nice Ambience. Got beautiful View such as Frontage View has paddy field and backage view lake. I don't think no toddy shop got such a view. Good staff. We can select different categories of live fish which they will cook instantly. Natural toddy without any added flavours. Got good huts for family travellers.
I will give a perfect 5 star for this Toddy shop and Restaurant.

Good food and ambience! Recommended for families and couples. They provide cottages saperately to give our privacy.

Stopped here by chance and it was great! The toddy was nice and refreshing on the hot day. Though we weren't hungry, they showed us all the fresh fish and curries we could have and they all looked so good! They have some small netted huts where you can enjoy your food in drink in peace from the bugs! Very nice place.
