Akshay and athul are two very young (20y/o as of writing) therapists who gave me my first indian massage experience.it is definitely an interesting first experience with both of them giving me a therapeutic full body massage for 1 hour, called "abhyangam". For tourists who have not experienced this, be ready for a very personal experience that is incomparable to other massage like thai massage.feel free to ask for these 2 men who are rather experienced already for such a young age.

Dr. Jubi Alex is a very gud & experienced Dentist. I knw her fr d last 4yrs.i have full faith in her & I feel very safe in her hands.

I was at AyushCare for 7 days, treatment for Arthritis and back pain. I have a great relief with the panchakarma and dhara treatment. The Doctors give personal attention and care. A special mention of Dr Sajitha, who has a lot of knowledge of Ayurveda and is trained at Kottakkal ayurveda.
And ofcourse Dr Alex, because of whom I went there who is the Mastermind. Ayushcare is an all in one hospital where one gets treated by Dr Alex who is a MD homeopath, his wife Dr Juby is a dentist and takes care of the problems relating to dentistry, and ofcourse Ayurveda. They also take care of counselling to patients too.

Dr Alex at Aayush care welcomed us really well. We spend a really good time there. The rooms are really neat. Dr Alex is offering free pick up and is always willing to help on any subject. The only thing that was missing in our room was a variator for the fan because it was running to fast and loud so we had to cut it to sleep and so we were really too hot. But apart from that, excellent stay. And they also provide with delicious local food for breakfast.
