Abad Metro

Old and not very clean hotel. It is hard to be in the room because of the smoked air. The second time I will not return here. The building vibrates because of the ventilation system all day. You do not have a kettle in the room and too expensive a wash. It is better to eat elsewhere.

I had a business trip
and from the moment I stepped in, the experience was awesome. The front desk staffs are really helpful and polite. Breakfast also enjoyed. Definitely keeping it in my list of repeat stay hotels in cochin.

I had a very nice experience out there. Especially the manager named Sreejith and another person called Rijo Joseph (F. O) was very helpful during my stay. These guy's are doing a great job. Their service is really mind blowing.
In totality, everything is nice.

Great old style rooms, great place for 1-2 days stay in Ernakulam. Spacious rooms and good service. All basic facilities were available in the hotel. Also it has a dining hall too for complimentary breakfast.

I expected much, because of the brand name.abad!
Unfortunately i was not satisfied. ️
I went there for lunch during my official trip.myself and my colleague ordered Chicken Biriyani. It was a sub-standard tasting CB. Never felt that I'm having a CB from Abad! After delivering our food to our table, the staffs escaped! Only after completing our food we saw one staff passing. Then we called him and ordered two Lime Tea.
Anyhow they are keeping there standard in delivering their food, infra arrangements, hygeine and rest things.
Hence my suggestion is that it will be better if you could improve the taste quality of CB/your food, so that the brand name will be kept in customers mind unhampered!

I believe, next time when I visit Kochi and chanced to have lunch from Abda Metro, a better taste can be experienced. Thank you

It was a nice experience with the Abad Metro hotel. Food and other services are also good. Nice behaviour of every staff member.

Bad moldy and not at all maintenance toilets and rooms that it triggered our allergies and had to cancel our two day trip to one. But the management refuses to reimburse even the day we didn't stay there. The ordered tea was served in a flask that spilled foul smelling water as you poured the tea, directly into the cup.
Was a very bad experience over all. The irresponsible way the manager is behaving makes me think I should never trust Abad hotels for my stay anywhere.

Stayed just one night. Very ordinary place. Old everything. Nothing worth noting or mentioning other than being located in a convenient part of town.

Good rooms and we'll maintained. Bus stand and metro station is near to access. Well service given by Mr. Anoop.

It's kind of old room's. People are good. Wifi has no speed at all but place is neat and tidy. U can come here if it's affordable.

Excellent budget hotel in the heart of the city. The nearest metro station is less than a kilometre away. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The level of service and hospitality provided by the staff is great. Especially, Mr. Joshy and Mr. Anoop were warm and helpful - they ensured that our family had a pleasant stay at the hotel. I would definitely revisit this place.:)

I have been staying for 10 days from 16th to 26th February. A value for money place. Very cooperative & humble staff. Room cleaning at its best. Only missing is a restaurant for breakfast. I should mention about Mr. Anoop & Joshi the front office staffs. They were very courteous and respectful. Mr. Anoop brought me black tea at 3.30 AM in the morning since I requested. Overall, very nice experience. Thanks to ABAD Metro for making it as my home away from home.

I would give 4 star rating with no second thoughts for this hotel. Right from the front desk Mr. Jyoshy the hospitality and care was just so soothing. Rooms were clean and they have a crew of wonderful staff for reception call and housekeeping always at your service in time. Cozy rooms, neat and the city view with a peaceful ambience. And there are lot of restaurants and landmarks right near your reach. Do check out folks, they are best in price and service.

Worst Onam sadhya ever had. Went with lot of expectation, all the things were for name sake and below average. Please dont go for onam sadhya.

Well maintained rooms, good customer service, good room service and a prime location makes it a hotel of your choice. Near to ERS railway station and Metro station makes it easy to access. Worth staying budget hotel

We stayed in Abad Metro was before two years. It's a great nostalgia for me and my family. We were received by angels like girls in the reception. We got the booked room at once. The girl who took us to the room discribed about the facilities of the room and other facilities of the hotel too. We got delicious food from the restaurant restaurant staff were dedicated to us. We stayed two days in the hotel. There boy who had given us Housekeeping service was polite and dedicated. Room and other areas we visited were aromatic. All kind of shops were accessible for us. Only one problem i got from abad metro was My child has been asking me to take her again to there from the very second day of we left abad. Misfortunatly we couldn't visit Abad again Certainly we will visit abad again. Because the taste of hospitality in Abad is an unparalleled nostalgia for us.

Super food with quick service, and economical rate rooms and best in cochin, if you want anything the staff will deliver the same in the proper manner, definetely will come back soon.once thanks to all.

I had visited this facility for a marriage function around Aug end. I found Abad Metro to be a decent property. The rooms are Spacious, neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and caring. The housekeeping also was at par with good industry standards. Food was 4/5. Overall, I am quiet satisfied staying in this property and would highly recommend this to travellers. This is another feather in the cap for Abad hotels in Ernakulam.

Went for an official visit along with my family. Stayed for 2 nights. Service was at its best from the check in time, the receptionist gone for an express check - in as my kid was not feeling well. Break fast was limited, enriched with delicious south Indian spreads. Special thanks to Stephen the Ex. Chef for the lovely break fast. Rooms were neat and clean and was well maintained.
A budget hotel with outstanding service. Food is truly very very delicious with a reasonable price. Highly recommendable.

If u are looking for a budget & descent hotel at Ernakulam, I can suggest Abad Metro.

I usually prefer Abad Metro for all my business Trips.

The Onasadya was nice for this year from Abad Metro. I really liked their cooking and smart serving.

When the teams with above 10 comes they have to care about how to serve gently and quickly. For our team Ona Sadhya the table arrangement was little conjunction.

Overall its nice.

Don't go off the picture of the hotel, this hotel is a real gem on the main area with its sister hotel opposite. Clean and spacious hotel with lovely food.

Good Hotel at suitable location near to KSRTC bus stand and MG road. Enough parking area and friendly staff. Neat and tasty food, good service and well arranged tables. Very good restaurant for lunch and dinner with friends and families. No disturbance to privacy. M G road Metro station is near.

There is not enough parking space available. Not enough variety of dishes on buffet and taste is also not that much good. Only the soup is good and remaining are just ok. Not enough power points in the conference hall.

I had been here to many meetings, this time (feb 23) also it was very good. The hall is fine with all conference/meeting equipment. Everything working fine. Tea and lunch are on time. Service is very good. This hotel is very near to Ernakulam KSRTC bus station and Maharajas college metro station, only walkable distance. Just 100 metre to MG Road. In the downtown restaurant food also really delicious. And above all this one best for small conferences with affordable rate in the heart of Ernakulam city

Nice place to stay. Good complimentary breakfast in small restaurant. Limited car parking and no roadside parking allowed. Well connected to all facilities of cochin. Rooms are clean. No WiFi in rooms but it did not matter.
