Abate AS Al Salama Eye Hospital Perinthalmanna

I visited the eye hospital for my appointment scheduled at 2 pm. However, due to traffic, I arrived at the hospital at 2: 15. Unfortunately, the reception staff did not seem customer-oriented, and I ended up spending 2 hours waiting to consult with the doctor. While the facility itself was excellent, the service definitely requires improvement to be more customer-oriented.

Iam just gone to this hospital for eye checkup they have too much waiting time because of patients and they enter patient who come late than me. So I dont like this

Give respect for patients 'Time'. None of doctors come on time to hospital. They tell 9 30 am, none of the doctor are available at iffical opening time to attend patient's. If doctor will comes late, then inform people that he/ she will come late.

Irresponsible management dont care about patients service. They hold meeting without assigning a duty doctor during working hours.lol
I visited there ar 2.15 pm on sunday (9.10.22) as the working hours is till 3pm. But security told me no doctors are available because a meeting is going on and it will last till 5pm. And he told me to come on.the next day
