Best salon for hair. The staffs are polite and do extreme care while doing hair treatment. Also the staffs know english well and so it was easy to communicate. My hair coloring was suggested and done by Addy bayya.

One of the best spa's I have visited. Very much professional service. Neat and clean.and they have all accessories to make sure about the cleanliness. I had my facial and pedicure done by Ms. Lalitha.ohh.she is really an expert.very professional and ofcourse knows very well what she does.she was doing all procedures in a very professional manner.not at all in a hurry unlike many other places.she is really as asset to the spa.

Received great service here for my family. Eddie did a great cut and blowdry on my daughters. Shan did haircut, and keratin treatment on my hair, looked amazing. All the staff were kind and welcoming. Will be returning for more services.

I have been a regular customer at Acua since 2018, especially for haircuts, and most of the time, I have had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Lalitha. Even last week, when I visited the salon, I specifically requested Lalitha's service. I am extremely satisfied with her exceptional service and the way she interacts with her customers. Her expertise and friendly demeanor have always made my experience enjoyable.

I had a haircut on friday and it was done by Mr. Dhananjay, honestly the place was extremely neat, staff were so professional maintaining up all the hygiene strats and most importantly I was very much pleased by Mr. Dhananjay's way of dealing with my querries he was so concernly great in what he was doing and very much aware and alert with what i want on my hair during the Haircut.
Great work your doing Mr. Dhananjay. I will make sure to visit there next tym too and i would definetly suggest this place ahead to my surrounds.

They're professional, the Salon is top notch in terms of the quality of services it offers. I've tried a few places in Kottayam, this one is undeniably my favourite so far!

I have been in and out customer over the past few years and been a regular customer over the past weeks. Good vibes, great staffs, awesome Manager, very helpful. Good parking space, you can order food from the near by cafe or you can surf the net while you wait your turn. Moreover, strictly adhering to the covid protocol. Must place to go, safe sound and reasonable.

Tried their hair colour and pedicure service today and it was really good. The stylist Arun was very understanding of basic hair doubts and helped choose the right colour for my hair. The cost came to about 2.5k before taxes.
The pedicure was about 750 before taxes.
Overall a clean place, helpful staff and very efficient service.
Would definitely recommend to others and go there again!

I highly recommend this salon to all who lives in and around kottayam. All are professional and dedicated with work. It is very clean and hygienic. They are using quality products. Thanks to owner and special thanks to Arun who straightened and cut my hair in elegant way. I think staff is less due to covid, so we need to wait some time to get into our turn. I have come for acua salon to do a hair spa. It was so expensive and did not work at all for my hair. MyMhair became more dry and frizzy. I am truely disappointed with their work. They handled my hair so roughly that it broke too much. It was such a waste of money and I regret going there. I will not go to this place again. Dear guys who all are reading my experience, kindly stay away from Acua Salon. Its too expensive there with zero benefits.

The hairdressers are really friendly, and precise. They'll do exactly what you tell them to do.
And you can relax and listen to all your favourite songs and even charge your mobile!
