One of the bad experience here …. Please don’t go to this place and they didn’t even know what is customer care and how to deal to with the customers and the employees were rude to us and mainly we waited for the 5 piece chicken for over an hour. I please never ever visit this franchise and its shame for afc, i visited afc in edakkad and chokli they are literally gems, coz they know how to behave with customers and serve food within 30 mins

Very poor customer service.
Staffs not at all interested in doing business.
Engaged in combing hair and phoning when customers are asking for the availability of dishes in the menu.
