For the past five years, I have been enduring the agony of a herniated disk. Seeking relief from the excruciating back pain, I sought consultation and treatment at the Agasthya Ayurvedic Medical Centre. After undergoing a seventeen-day treatment, I am now free from the burden of my back pain. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Bose, the other doctors, the treatment staff, and the supporting staff for their exceptional care. I'm 63 years old, and I have a long history of slip discs. 26 years ago, when I had severe back pain, I did my treatment under Dr. Bose and his team.

Recently, when my back pain returned slowly and started to give me sciatic pain, after much research, I decided to get treatment from Agasthya. Knowing Dr. Bose and his team gave me confidence.

I did 21 days of treatment while staying there. It was a really amazing and rejuvenating experience with Agasthya. Dr. T. D. Bos and Dr. Sreedev were really supportive and were always available to address any doubts.

My wife, who was my bystander, also got a 10-day treatment for her cervical spondylitis and leg pain. The root cause of her leg pain in the late nights was also diagnosed by them. Dr. Sreeja helped her and gave instructions that should be adapted to her lifestyle.

The hospital management and the faculties were very friendly and helpful. I never felt like I was away from home. The food and atmosphere of the treatment centre were really good.

I would recommend Agastya to anyone who is suffering from any sort of orthopaedic or muscular condition.

I would like to begin this review by expressing my heartfelt gratitude to Dr T. D Bose's Agastya Ayurvedic Hospital. The experience I had during my time there was nothing short of Great feel, and I am immensely thankful for the outstanding care and treatment provided.
From the moment I walked in with excruciating pain on the entire left side of my body, from neck to toe, along with severe back, neck, and shoulder pain, I was met with warmth and professionalism. The magic truly happened during my treatment at Agastya Ayurvedic Hospital, as within a short span, all my pain vanished, leaving me feeling like a brand new person.
I am particularly impressed with the level of expertise and dedication shown by therapists Raju chettan, Vijeesh chettan and Justin. They were not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. Additionally, I had gained weight due to taking steroids for inflammation prior to my visit, but the 21-day treatment plan included a carefully curated diet that not only helped me shed the extra weight but also offered delicious and tasty meals. Came to the hospital with severe disc pain for my wife, after one week of treatment slowly the pain reduced, Now able to sleep without pain, Doctors are really superb in answering all our questions patiently and a very good hospitality with the therapist and sisters who work in the hospital.

It was a wonderful and rejuvenating experience at Agasthya Ayurvedic Medical centre, Ezhupunna during my stay and Treatment.
A team of Doctors under Dr. Bose and staff members are doing wonders in ayurveda treatment there.
It was really a homely atmosphere, a home away from home. Even though my treatment was for 18 days, I stayed back for 21 days, to be with my friends some more days there. Everybody in the hospital are friendly, loving and service oriented.
Now my 18 days treatment is over and I am fully recovered from pain and stiffness. I am able to walk a long distance also.
I was admitted in Agasthya Ayurvedic Medical Centre due to pain and stiffness in the left leg. As per the Ortho Surgeon, I was having Vertibral disc prolapse in L3.
I have been suffering for the same continuously for two months, consulting allopathy doctors.
After my check up by the chief Physician Dr. T. D. Bose, I was advised to under go 18 days' treatment there.
The treatment in Agasthya is really a wonderful process; very systematic and in a well planned way. It includes, Oil massage and steam bath, Oil Dhara and finally Njavara kizhi. In addition to this, seperate ayurvedic medicines were also given.
The doctors in the hospital Dr. T D Bose, the Chief physician, Dr. Sreedev and Dr. Mrs. Sreeju Bose are well experienced in their profession, and very dedicated in their service. So also their technical staff in massage and kizhi section like Mr. Sivan, Mr. Remesan,
Mr. Bijeesh, Mr. Rajumon, Mr. Justine and Mr. Maniyappan in the male massage section. These people are also very experienced in their profession.
There is seperate treatment section for ladies also, done by lady experts.
In the office also a group of jovial, smart, energetic and service oriented youths are posted to attend all the patient/customer requirements.
It will be an incomplete note, if I don't mention some of the few gentlemen in the office, like Mr. Vibheesh, Mr. Amosh and Mr. Arun.
Rooms and surroundings are kept neet and cleen always by the cleaning staff.
Brakefast and lunch are Kerala style as it is related to ayurveda, I feel. But for dinner it is chappatti and vegetable kurma and egg curry once in a week. I really enjoyed the food.
I would suggest Agasthya Ayurvedic Medical Centre for those who are suffering from vertibral problems, arthritis, spondylosis, leg related problems etc. Before going for an operation you can definitely approach this centre. I am sure that you can avoid the operation and it's consequences.

Ezhupunna south, Thuravur, Alappuzha, doctors and staff members for the devoted service they delivered to me during my stay from 2nd Feb, 2023 to 16 feb, 2023 (14days) to cure my IVDP (Sciatica pain)
I was severely suffering from sciatica, lower back pain (L4, L5), most of the time shooting leg pain worsen than back pain, a change in sensation of the leg and foot, muscle spasm at back and legs, weakness, numbness in foot/leg fingers, was not able to walk. Iam working abroad (UAE), and doctors there, recommended for operation.
I was with AGASTHYA.for 14 days (treatment duration depends the severity of the patient condition.) I was undergone Marma abhyangam; massages to back and body, Pizhichil and Njavarakkizhi. Treatment starts at morning and ends within 1 or 2 hours. Advised to walk each day after treatment, and morning + evening,

They promptly came, regularly monitored all aspects of my medical needs. In addition, I was very impressed with the dignity and respect of the nursing staff extended to me and other patients. Kindness, professional, and homely feel came through to me with the food prepare/delivery staff, cleaning staff, who asked me how I was feeling each day. A wave, a smile, made me feel like everyone was pulling for my recovery. Food quality was good. I was alone and my stay felt homely. I feel if they provide "WIFI" might be good.
I was totally cured after 14 days. I took another 15 days compulsory rest at home and back to my routine jobs at UAE now.

It was a really good life experience. I felt both mentally and physically relaxed. There were many experienced doctors and friendly staff around that helped.

I had issues with my vericose vein on both my feets. Came to know about Dr T. D Bose, Chief Physician and Dr Sreeju Bose, Agastya Ayurveda Hospital. Ezupunna through our family friend Mr P. K SudakaranTo be precise my health problem regarding vericose vein was diagnosed properly and necessary Ayurveda treatment was done accordingly and now I am feeling fit and fresh ever before. Hospital atmosphere is homely and staffs are very friendly and at our service. Special thanks to Dr Sridev, Dr Linda and also massage therapist Mr. Shivan chettan, Mr. Rameshan chettan and Mr. Austin who were also corner stone for the massage therapy.never ever made me feel discomfortable during the treatment as they were very professional. I have been there for treatment recently, They are giving homely Atmosphere for every patient

I am very much satisfied with the treatment and the atmosphere here. Accomodation, food etc very good. Because of the mosquitoes couldn't sleep well.

I have had this disc Bulge in L4, L5 & S1, I have consulted many Hospitals in Delhi where I live, Allopathy- They all told me it would need a Disc Replacement surgery to fix it and that too temporary. It may only last for 4-6 years. I also can't naulted ayurveda in Delhi with medicines and oils to. Apply, I did that too it didn't do much good for me. Until I got referred by one of my friend in Kerala, to visit Agasthya Ayurvedic medical centre. Where I spoke to Dr Sreedev, what a fantastic person is he, very calm, friendly and A very good doctor. Whom I called and conaulted and fixed my treatment schedule in Kerala for 18 days. That process of Treatment was quite rejuvenating and little relaxing. In 18 days I was able to walk, air and Even work without pain. Post treatmwmt there is a Bed rest for 2 months post which you would be perfectly alright. As if there was no disc problems you ever had. The Hospital staffs specially Arun, Vibheesh, Amosh, Kannan, Prakashan, Ramesh, Avinash, and Housekeeping evry body was good. Also thr chief doctor Dr. Bose and Mrs Bose they were fabulous. One thing you may find it difficult if you coming from North India is the food. I suggest carry an induction cooker to cook Rice of your choice. I was okay as I am a malayali, but my wise and mother innlaw they are punjabis and they could stand the rice. Rest all is good. The Treatment is authentic and Feela like home there, I give 5 stars*****

A very friendly place. Homely too. The doctors and other staff are very respectful. Food is good and tasty. Cleanliness is quite good. Some staff who cleans the rooms do not keep things like door mat, dustbin, sandals at the same place after cleaning. I found Bini Sebastian exceptionally cheerful and devoted to her work. Dr Sreedev is very cheerful, cordial and approachable. Raaju and Bijesh were very gentle and good in Massage, Kizhi, etc.
