My family worked with Aira Wedding Planners for my sister's wedding 3 years ago and had an amazing experience, so we knew we wanted to work with them again for my wedding reception in Kerala. We love working with Sarang especially his unique creativity that he brings to the wedding planning industry. He works above and beyond to make sure all the details are perfect for each event. As a family based abroad we had no issues working with vendors in India thanks to Sarang and his team. He is extremely professional and fun to work with.

Sarang & Archana fashioned a wedding we had only dreamt of! We had about 80 days to put together a wedding with multiple events & rituals and I am beyond ecstatic to have accomplished it with Team Aira.

As the wedding dates were being finalized, my father virtually introduced me to Sarang from Aira who was already scouting for resorts and venues. Shortly after I had a meeting with Archana and Sarang, again virtually. I was totally impressed with how comfortable and stress free they made me feel. Sarang’s choice of elegant and bold décor options were well received by all family members. Both were cheerful, completely patient and listened to all the infinite ideas I had in mind to accomplish within the given time frame, all while staying in a different country.

Sarang and Archana dived right in juggled numerous tasks efficiently and constantly updated us. Not only did we have unending edits and changes, we were also constrained to a budget. Sarang did an outstanding job with providing suggestions on where to cut down and he also handled it very professionally without any misunderstandings.

Weeks before the wedding, I had travelled to Bengaluru for a day trip and Archana was gracious enough to tag along with me on tastings, makeup trials and other meetings which was a total blast. She also ensured all pre-bridal necessities were attended to promptly. She was warm, compassionate and above all considerate of all our likes, working with Archana was overall a memorable experience.

Archana, Sarang and the rest of the team took reigns of all our wedding events, we simply put all our faith and trust in their work and surely enough the outcome was extraordinary. They went above and beyond surprising us with décor elements that beautifully transformed the atmosphere. It was like magic! Not only did they manage décor, logistics, accommodations amongst others but most importantly they ensured that our guests and visitors felt welcomed and enjoyed themselves.

If you are in search of wedding planners and think any will do just the job, think again! It’s great pleasure to come across people who work round the clock and still maintain the same composure only to present nothing but QUALITY WORK. If you are looking for a team willing to dedicate their time for quality work then, Aira it is!

Sarang’s ideas and passion towards Aira accompanied with Archana’s meticulous planning was an immense bliss to work around. Team Aira was the best ‘Wedding Present’ I received from my parents.

It was my dad who suggested aira wedding planners when the whole family was confused about choosing a wedding planner for my betrothal. He found them in social media. Rang them up.the response was quick and satisfying.
Sarang (aira wedding planner) he came down to our house discussed our needs.suggested his own ideas.
All I needed was a stage with greenary, wood and lights.something simple and elegant.
Discussions went on and on for days and weeks as it was difficult for me to finalise on the wooden theme coz he always comes up with new and interesting ideas.

Planning a wedding in India from outside of India was already a fairly daunting task but Sarang was organised and strategic about it from the start. He made himself available for late night Skype calls to get a feel for my taste and style and the final product was more than I could have hoped for.

Sarang and his team were meticulous in their arrangements and Sarang himself has a great creative mind and a real gift for creating a unique, classy and tasteful decor for all events. We received so many compliments for the decor on the wedding stage as it was both traditional and avant-garde at the same time.

Sarang was also able to support with organising a multitude of other nitty gritty details such as accommodation for guests, transport and food and was more than happy to assist with whatever we needed.

Aira did my brothers wedding. When the wedding date was fixed itself i had started wondering where we would get someone who would help us plan out the kind of wedding we were hoping, in kannur.it was Aira to the rescue. The sangeeth ceremony at the beach house to the reception at the sn college ground. Just everything spendidly done and it was an amazing week. Thank you so much guys!

A long over due review but Sarang and team churned out every bit of my fairytale wedding beautifully!

Weeks of patient planning, catering to every tiny whim had left me worry free and enjoy our wedding without having to bother with the background chaos!

Both the mehendi & wedding theme/decor were carried out with elegance and grandeur. The outcome was exactly as they described during the planning stage and it was quite helpful to receive ample suggestions and ideas from them.

I'd recommend Sarang and team for pretty much every occasion as working with them is so easy and hassle free. Wishing them good luck and hope their magic shines through in all their future events!

I came across aira weddings through social media, it was for my brother's reception party, to be frank sarang came down as an angel, he just knew how to make our likes and ideas into a much more beautiful reality! They knew how to deal with people and how to make our tensions much less.the party decor was a heaven on earth, the food too was amaziiing and left the guests so content

Sometimes things just fall in the right place, and that's exactly what happened with us when we met Sarang.:)
Me and my then boyfriend (yes ours was a love marriage) wanted a beautiful and creative outdoor wedding.
But being a love marriage couple we couldn't afford most of the wedding planners in Bangalore, as all of them came up with a fixed budget to start, without even getting into any details.
We had almost lost all our hopes and decided to go with some traditional decor, when we finally met Sarang. He instantly gave us back all our desires and hopes,

I came across Aira Wedding Planners just when we were finalising on another wedding planner, and after discussing our requirements with at least half a dozen wedding planners, no kidding! Aira Wedding Planners organized my daughters naming ceremony, that is only 28 days after my delivery. Hardly 15 days before the event, I called Sarang and asked him if he could help me with the decor. Inspite of the short notice, he turned our special day into memories for a lifetime.
