Airport Butterfly Restaurant

Even though it is expensive, food, hospitality and ambience are very good. I had evening tea and snacks with four of us. It was ok. My son mistakenly while handling hot tea, the disposable glass fell off his hand and tea spread on the ground. The staff immediately came and consoled my son. The women staff are so kind hearted.

Noor Jehan's Airport Hotel is conveniently located on the ground floor, just in front of International Terminal 3 at Cochin International Airport. During our visit at 4 AM, we enjoyed a delicious meal consisting of chapati, chicken chilly, and chicken noodles. The service provided was excellent, and the quality and quantity of the food were satisfactory. In particular, the chicken noodles stood out as a tasty choice. The restaurant itself is spacious, providing ample room to store our luggage and trolley bags. One notable aspect is the reasonable pricing compared to the typically high prices found in most airport restaurants. For instance, a cup of tea costs only 20 rupees, while a bottle of mineral water is also priced at 20 rupees. Additionally, a single chapati is priced at 20 rupees, and the chicken chilly is priced at 180 rupees.

Nothing to say more not bad when you are hungry you can use this place for refreshment.cause it is in front of the airport.

The chayakada (Tea shop) outside the restaurant provides great quick bites and tea. We tried their Laila Majnu Tea, It was really a must try one. The taste tea with Pan blended smoothly. We tried the tea late at night, the ambience and nature was nice that time.

The dhosa from this restaurant is like a rubber sheet and the side dishes are also not tasted good.
But the ambiance is good.
And the waiting time is less compared to others

Had breakfast at the restaurant quite early around 6: 45 AM. Food was okay, tasted good, portions were good but service definitely calls for an improvement. They didn’t serve drinking water until we asked for it. Don’t know how our own Noorjehan has staff this bad! I feel ashamed of this coming from Palakkad, Noorjehan’s empire!

Very bad experience and really disappointed by the quality they provide in a well known destination like CIAL. First of all staffs won't mind you unless you call and ask for menu
Ordered Egg masala, Porotta and Coffee, coffee served fast but really pathetic liquid, can't even name it as coffee. Also the Egg masala was okayish but cannot be justifiable for the price. Porotta was fine. Separate space for CIAL staffs available.
A good architecture may attract customers and tourists but not the food and quality they provide now.
Digital payment facilities available. Even though one staff was really friendly and found time for chit chats with his customer, really appreciate that. Apart from that the restaurant was really a bad experience. Cannot suggest this in any way.

Restaurant ambition is nice, as well as food is avearage, it opens 24 hours and they have breakfast from 6 to 12 noon, lunch will start from 12 to 2 pm, then after 3 o'clock they will evening snacks as well as al la carte menu. Mostly mangement team has to improve the well trainee staff for customer service inside the airport.

The restaurant is open 24*7. A good place near the parking lot of Terminal3 - Kochi Intl Airport.

Nice place for a quick snack or a hearty meal. Had some flaky parottas, chilly chicken and alfaham at 2am and there was no compromise on quality. Everything served piping hot.

Huge restaurant with lots of tables for dining.good place for passengers and people worked in the airport to have quick meals for moderate price.

Food was very bad. Ghee roast seems like washed towel, zero cleaness in resturant area as well as wash area. Please don't go. Try visit other hotels outside.

Good hospitality meets excellent taste and cheap prices. What more could one want. Highly recommend place for casual lunch/dinner
