One of the places in Palakkad where you can find al things under one roof. This is one of the place where you could get grocery, stationary, veggies, fruits, and all the essential at a same place. They do have a small bakery outlet just in front of the outlet and a they do have a huge parking area. They have released a posted regarding their maintanence stuff.

2 months ago I visited here to buy a mobile phone. Also I want to exchange my old phone. They agreed to give me a certain amount for my old phone. After the purchase they told me to copy the data of the old phone and return it the next day. I do so, but the next day they coated a cheap rate for my old phone and behaved very badly. I refused their cheap offer and decided not to visit there again.

Located near stadium busstand Palakkad. This place rose to Marvel a couple of years back, and it led to dimming of big bazaar and it's subsequent closure. This place was crowded mostly. You could get anything from salt to camphor, vegetables to electronics. 'But all that is good must end' this place's vigor is dimming now.

Well most of the shelves were empty vegetables n fruits r there and ice cream bread items.in short total waste, waste of time.no more plans to go there again.

Irresponsible approach for customer related communication. I enquired about a TV for last two days, but they didn't reply to me about it.

Bought an AC (Lloyd) from palakkad bismi, its stopped working after 15 days.registered a service request and the service person reported gas leak in indoor unit after seven days. Then asked for a replacement and they said it will take another 5 days for replacement and 3 more days for installation of new unit. Really bad experience from bismi and lloyd side.never buy anything from here

As per the instruction I send mail to you before 3 days. But no improvement. Worst costumer support.

Extremely unhappy with the customer service - no fans and they have 1 AC is switched on for whole store. People come from all over to shop and if the place is not well air-conditioned then how can we trust if the veges and fruits are kept in good condition? Am not sure how the employees are surviving inside either.

One stop destination for all grocery, apparel and electronic needs. Pleasant shopping experience. Nice place to hang out with family. The management need to look into the inventory and keep it updated as many grocery items are out of stock or not available throughout the month

The shelves were empty. Not even essencial grocery items were available. They said stocks will arrive in 2 days. But claiming to be a hyper market, they have to be always on top of their stock status.

Totally unhappy with the rude billing staff of the electronic appliances section. He didnt even show the basic courtesy of informing my father that there is some problem wid billing nd infact didnt even give an eye contact nd kept us waiting there! Is this how a staff should behave wid a customer especially to an elderly person! Even aftr telling him to be more courteous to the customers his reaction was like who are you to advice me! Not even an apology! Pathetic behaviour from his side i must say. Utterly disappointed. Never faced such a cheap nd unapologetic behaviour from any electronic shop staffs till date.

Today's shopping experience was entirely different from the past shopping experience, I wondered today most of the shelves were empty, veg section was ok but others products were very less varieties

I visited the store about 6 months ago to buy a refrigerator and was very impressed with the store, their staff, service, stock, layout etc

I visited the store again, this time to buy an AC and everything was different. Empty shelves, very few customers, fewer sales people, unhappy looking counter staff. I found the appliance area to be stocked ok.but everything else about the store was painting a very sad picture.

I wonder what changed in 6 months. Judging from the user review and the canned response they are giving to the reviews, i wonder how long they can stay open?

One of the worst service from bismi hypermarket Palakkad for haier AC installation, very bad service, no responsibility regarding customer requirements actually what we need, telling lie for selling AC, after buying they not assist for installation at scheduled date, making some drama at all time about installation of AC, totally worst service in Palakkad, I'm not recommend anyone to buy haier AC from bismi hypermarket Palakkad.

Almost all items required for home is available. But the cost in grocery section and vegetables is more than the usual shops, exception is pulses, rice and electronics section. Recommended for buying Rice, pulses and electronics items. I heard that Reliance is in talks with them for a takeover, but I doubt it will kill the business model of them.

Very bad behaviour by the customer executive, gas stove section bismi Palakkad. He doesn't allow to see the price tag of the butterfly to compare with that of online charges. Really bad about it.

Variety of products. Fresh fruits and veggies.good cold storage. Bbit some them which are indian like roo afza and other similar things they keep impoted ones and fleece customers who unknowingly buy thinking it's indian whic is comparatively 3-4 times much cheap. So without getting humilated poor guys end up buying

They should have written foreign so people don't get confused

Pathetic customer service. 100 customer service people will be roaming, no-one will come to help. If we buy today, ask for home delivery - they say it will happen next day evening only since they have only one auto.
Nobody comes to help for packing, we have to do ourselves.
Even vegetables, we have to stand behind customer service people. They will bill themselves first rather than customers.
First and last time to bismi. Never again.
