In this place you will find everything for your daily groceries and the place is well maintained with experienced staff. All the items are placed in an order. If you can't find an item then you can ask the staff they will help you get that item for you. If you're carrying a backpack then you need to keep it outside the hypermarket near the security guard as they won't allow bags inside the store. Overall the whole shopping experience over here will be smooth and easy.

Not stocked many racks and entire sections are empty. Veggies are not fresh. However u can see decent stock for baby products and bath. Parking is not an issue.

Located in a proper area and has enough parking facility. But when i visited there the AC was shut. They didnt put it and we were sweating like hell inside the showroom. For some sake they had some kind of fan in door opening. Survived using that.

If you need a parking, then it's a good spot.

Else I feel very poor product categories and ice cool response from staffs

One of the best hypermarket in Alappuzha, but price wise has to be more competitive always not only during some offer period. And some of the items are not in stock. Bakery counter is almost empty. One more thing to be noted is.items purchased by weighing, showing only barcode price is not printed for cross checking.

Writing this in behalf of my mother, who was very disappointed with her experience that she wanted it to be known so that other customers don't go through the same.

A week or so ago, my parents went to shop for items they could use for 2 to 3 weeks, so that's considerably alot of items. After paying, they stood there waiting for someone to help with putting the items in bags. Now, the person at the counter didnt tell them anything and immediately moved onto scanning the next customer's products. My mother had to ask him if he was going to help them pack after a couple of minutes. He paused and asked if they had bags, which they didn't, after which he gave them a couple of bags and said " yea you can use this and go. ".
My mom was shocked, to say the least, at how he dismissed her and how that was a whole lot of products that he expected my parents to pack by themselves. She said that it was not at all busy, (which would then be still understandable) and yet not a single person came to help them (and there was many talking and laughing in groups). My dad had to pack everything on his own and carry it to the car with my mom.

At the end of it, mom was very annoyed and disappointed that she said, in all of her 30 35 years of life shopping at supermarkets, this was the worst experience and she would never be going back to bismi.

Personally, I'd suggest that you ask your staff to treat everyone with the basic respect that they deserve.
Also, to watch out for and help the customers that require additional service (which is also a part of basic respect really). To think my parents had to do all of that when they aren't physically well enough is very disappointing.

The veggies were not fresh, IMO for vegetables and other groceries Reliance Mall is the best.

Big Space, good for day to day groceries. Its like when you are shopping you see a special item. Next time you go there for that special item it wont be there. Another time when you don't want, it will be there. It always happens with me.
