Akshaya Center

One of the main issues I encountered at Pampady Akshaya Centre was the exorbitant charges levied by the centre. Contrary to the approved charges set by the government of Kerala, the Pampady Akshaya Kendra Centre overcharged for their services. (Eg. Passport appointment Rs. 250 instead of Rs. 200). This blatant disregard for the established pricing guidelines is both unethical and unacceptable.
Furthermore, it became apparent that the staff at the centre were not adequately informed about the latest government services and updates. On multiple occasions, they provided incorrect information and misguided customers.

Wait time is too long, better come early morning and take token less than 60+

Since almost all the govt works are done by Akshaya Centers, it is always crowded. One has to wait about one hour for their turn. It is not a wheel chair friendly building, there are few steps to cover. I hope the staff will co-operate with it. The building is situated beside NH 183, therefore easily accessible and parking space is available. The staff is well trained and skillful.

It was a good experience for me. I had gone late but they have done their duty according to my need.
