Very good service. Aadhar enrollment and any other govt or non govt service are here. Good and effective staff. 2 aadhar service desk and more than 6 non aadhar desk here. Waiting area is much spacious but parking is little difficult. This Akshaya center is situated at DD vyapar bhavan basement floor.
Arrogance, stupidity and greed at it's worst. FY Achooo.it can't be same to anybody chakkare, cuz none of them are running a pack of distastefully mannered skunks in the name of an essential service. FY again.
I visited this centre along with my aged parents aged 88 years for updation of mobile nbrs in aadhar card. The staff were very arrogant and rude.there is no place to sit nd I found elderly people sitting on the steps in front of the shops. Very pathetic situation. I hpe the concerned authorities luk into this matter with utmost priority.high time the staff are trained to be polite.
Very arrogant behavior, they explain things as if they are doing a favor on us by telling in the most rude manner. They forget that this service has been created by govt for the common people to get things done smoothly at one place one point.don't expect anyone to help you there, be prepared and visit this center.: (
There should be seperate que system for elderly and special need people. Waiting time is too long. There should be more waiting area to sit. People are standing for many hours especially elderly.
Very bad service. Staff they dont know anything. They are thinking Akshya centre is government office. Very bad service + staff attitude is bad. They dont know how to talk to the clients. Try to avoid this akshya centre, Kadavanthra.
Very rude staff and poor customer interaction skills! Went there for Aadhar. Customer should be informed about all the documents for application at one go! Not when you make the effort and go back the next day that something else is missing! Also, pls improve the manner in which you deal with people! Pls teach the staff to speak politely! Two other Akshaya Centres we have been to are superb both in service and courtesy! Perhaps you should send your staff to learn some best practice from those centres!
Very pathetic experience …if we have any doubts nobody pic the cal …Then why you are add your number in your site …extremely sad to share very bad service just slow motion staff work and 3,4hour wait then only we can complete our work here
Good and fast service. Interacted with 3 stafyfs. All were cordial and helpful. Akshay has to work out a process to service elderly people who cannot walk into the center.
Good centre. Be there by 9am so that you can be among the first few seeking services and therefore can finish off within 1hour. After 10am it is really crowded and would result in long waits. Knowledgeable staff and friendly in nature. Would really be great if there is a counter and priority for Sr Citizens as I have observed more than 75% of the people visiting are Srs.
Extremely bad service. If no one wants to pick up the call, strike your phone number from the website. Pathetic.
Edit: as per the reply by the center, I had indeed called on the working hours. I have attached the proof below, and time listed as closing was 6: 30. I had called over five times before I added this review. Sometimes, we expect our fellow human beings to show some responsibility. I would love the manager of this establishment to contradict me with record of attending ANY of my calls, and I would gladly redact this rant/review.
