Akshaya E,- Centre, Civil Station

I’d visited the centre along with a friend who was in dire need of a passport. This is a centre of Akshaya which does everything it is NOT supposed to do. I do understand that it is rather like a small booth than an actual office and that may result in some time crunch when it comes to tending to the customers. However, that is absolutely NO reason to treat people rudely. No information of use was provided to us despite enquiring and we are disappointed with our experience. The authorities should take the needed measures so that people can get the help they come for.

When I arrived this afternoon no queque but after sometimes people came, I finished my transaction easy.

Worst centre. Treat customers as dogs. They make you wait for no reason and they will sit idle.
And charge more money than what is updated in site. Request authorities to change the staff working there or close down the centre.

Is there something below one star then give it to them.very bad experience. Delay in all processes. Rude behaviour!

MVD service staff and photostat service staff is ok and doing their work. Others who are sitting inside the office are behaving like they are very busy and not even have time to address our simple queries. Staff inside the office seems to very busy than the district collector.

They charging more money. Today (14-02-2023) I approach them for my international license. Initially I enquired about the details from the mvd department and later mvd e-seva office. From mvd e-seva office we get the information that there isn't any visa required for international license for UAE and the charges they said that RS. 1350. But the person from the Akshaya center said they need visa for applying international license and the price requirements is 200 rupees extra than mvd e-seva. So I feel tht they charges more from the customer. Moreover their customer dealing is poor and they behave rudely to the female customer. Their attitude towards illiterate people are rough and confusing. Because if them Lot of people misleading and their needs gets delay. This activity and attitude inversely affecting the government that people think this misleading information provding by the government. So don't approach them if you can.

Saw a lot of bad remarks regarding this akshaya centre.so I was confused whether to go to this centre which is closer to my house or go to a more farther away centre for better service.but I was surprised with the service I received at this centre.got a lot of my documents sorted out at this centre.even though I had to wait in queues.the staff were doing the best they can.they were also friendly and helped me out with my doubts.overall I was very pleased with the centre and I wud go to that centre for any purpose in the future.

Very bad service. They prefer eating Tea & Snacks than their waiting customers. Wasted my time for half hour. Irresponsible, less knowledge peoples working here. Go to any other Akshaya. They've tendency to go home by the time of 4pm, even their working time is showing as 6pm. They don't care about their customers.
