The receptionist who takes the landline does not know details moreover without communicating in proper she bangs the call.

Poor service. No token system, Malayalathill parauanell “Kayyukk ullavan karyakaran” Not enough space.

Gone there to take NCL Certificate & due to negligence of a staff they didn’t upload “Affidavit” (which is a primary thing to do) & i had to go there multiple number of times to get it done.

For context: I told them the urgency & importance of the certificate to me.

Gave 2 times application for including name in voter list.no update.voter list now name not available.they say site not working.it been 2 years.running around counsellor and akshaya centre.pathetic situation.now they ask me to go to taluk office.

Very “bossy” attitude from the girl who is in charge of Aadhar edits. Not recommended. Not even giving a star

Very bad attitude and harsh talking from online service.i came there for my licence change and they were laughing and talking about their family things at working time.i got worst experience from there.

Super fast service and a very supportive team. Also, I was really happy with my new aadhar photo. They have good facilities for taking good photos for aadhar. Really happy with the service. Kudos to the team.keep it up

Shame of them. Very bad attitude to service. I suggest to gone wherever. But dont never visit this centre. I got a worst experience ever.

Superb team of ladies. So informative fast and well trained in services. Just went for an RC transfer and solved within minutes. Really happy. If I would have went to RTO it's hectic process. All akshaya centres should be like this.

Asked one staff whom to see to update Aadhaar. She showed another counter. Stood right if front of the guy following another person for 15 minutes. Then only he asked me why I am there. Bad attitude towards customer's time.

While I can directly check the Aadhaar update status online, guy here asked me to come again one week later if I don't receive the message. I was thinking this people wants me to come to check what is wrong or something. When I reached there after one week, he was saying it's just for checking status, and if you know how to check, you don't need to come!
Even after 1 month aadhaar was not updated and I called them again and got instruction that to apply again. Second time I have done via Aadhar Seva Center and it got updated within 3-4 days

Also I noticed that they have very poor way of handling customers. They don't really care if somebody is standing in front of counter waiting for them to attend.

I had been there thrice. Always, I found them to be very friendly, courteous, polite, and efficient. One of them comes at 8.30 am and does everything to help the customer.

This place helpful for people, they are need any certificate from goverment authority.
In here, workers are really hard working and helping.

This Akshaya is one of the best customer friendly Akshaya centre.good service and very helpful staffs.

Am really satisfied with the service they are providing. I've seen some comments that the staffs are busy on their phone.but let me tell that I haven't seen anything like that. I'm getting their services for the last 5 Years. The problem out there is the non availability of parking space for vehicles and congested room were they functions.
