It was a surprising experience I had when I visited this Akshaya Aadhar center for Aadhar card for my grand son. I met Mr. A. D. Jayan who was incharge for the center. He is an exceptionally efficient, smart, polite and gentle person who gets things done at an amazingly great speed with efficiency. One can only very rarely see such personality in any public office. In Kerala this is the second person I met in my life with such sincerity, dedication and willingness to run an office most efficiently and fast. He gets things done in less than one hour which other wise would have taken one month if going through the regular procedure. Inspite of his high qualification and other credentials his attitude is very humble and polite. I feel he should head a Project coordination department under Government of Kerala so the our Govt. Projects will be completed in time, with in the budget and with out waste of money. All the best to Jayan sir.

Extremely helpful staff. And they are really quick in the process. Mr. Jayan is really managing the centre

All sorts of services are provided here, the hospitality is very good, the staff are very helpful and friendly

Staff is good but computers are very very slow and old. All PC's need upgrade.
New location has parking issues. Better go in a Auto or scooter.

Not having oatience to attend call & while talking she keeps on taking there with other work. Ehen I asked she said I cannot only talk to you. This service is not good. Otherwise they should not give a contact number to call.

You can update and pay all bills related to government services, and aadhaar card updations also. But staff's are not that much friendly especially the middle aged lady who sitting in the counter.
