First of all introduce either an electronic token system or a manual one. Very pathetic atmosphere. Customers are running here n there. Staff are too helpless. Also they are not working systamticaly. Fifteen minutes work here they will take min half an hour.

One of the best Akshaya centres in this area, customer support is also good.
