The people here are crooks and simply a bunch of liars. Have been using their services in the past and though the place has been crowded in the past, their services were alright. Till today.

Three staff members lied that updating the Voter Id address is not possible and it won't be open for a few more weeks. And we got the card updated at another centre. Why lie like this? How many ordinary people would be fooled like this?

Excellent service for all your Akshaya related work. I went there to take Aadhaar card for my new born baby. The staffs were helpful and offered a hassle free process. Very much satisfied with the service. They will calrify all the doubts and do the proper process with in few minutes. The only issue i noticed is the place is bit congested both inside and outside. There were no parking space available.

One of the best Akshaya Center in Trivandrum. Good sevices and good behaviour from staffs, don't like other Akshaya centers.

Went to this Akshaya Kendram for updating ration card and aadhar card. While the place was crowded, the staff is super efficient and helpful. It is very well managed and the staff is very knowledgeable about the processes.
The place is very easy to find, opposite to St John's school. There is a space constraint, with very little space for people waiting, which needs to be improved.

Very unhelpful staff who don't listen to you. Also very very crowded. Try to visit some other Akshaya center where there are humane staff instead of visiting, wasting time and getting frustrated here

Good things first.
Staff is very accomodative, helpfull and nicely behaved. They do their best to help you with your needs. Also they guide you properly about the procedures to be followed for your requests. Last but not least they do it as fast as they can.

About the space, its too cramped doesn't look like a place meant for public services. Cannot accommodate more than 10 people at a time, doesn't have any parking nor it does have any facilities for the differently able. Except for the guidance from localites or maps it is difficult to be located for a common man.
