Worst customer service, didn’t served Mayonnaise with alfahm, when asked why didn’t even mind to give a reply, it cost 130/piece so totally a worst experience

Descent food with affordable price don't expect too much it was something like okay okay not bad except mandi.their mandi is utter flop.they are now adays opened smothies counter outside.

Nice ambiance and services is also good. We can go with family and enjoy some Precious time. Food court is also neat and clean. We can enjoy spicy Mathi here. There are some special kanthi which we can try here. 1 star down because of beef mathi.which is ordinary

The worst mutton mandhi ever. The meat was very hard. We should book mutton mandhi in advance. They charge 1500 for 4 pieces. Rice was cooked separately. Taste of mutton is not good.
Don't try mutton mandhi here, I'm don't even sure that it was mutton.
Chicken is not bad, only try that.

Al-Aban is one of the best hotels to dine on the Aluva-Munnar private route, Mandi ആണ് ഇവിടത്തെ മെയിൻ ഫുഡ് എല്ലാം തന്നെ കൊള്ളാം alfaam, പൊറോട്ട, റുമാലി ഷവർമ ഇവിടത്തെ നല്ലതാണ് പൊഞ്ഞശ്ശേരി ഏരിയയിൽ അത്യവശ്യം നല്ല mandhi കിട്ടുന്ന ഹോട്ടലുകളിൽ ഒന്നാണിത്

One of the worst Kuzhi mandhi I have ever eaten. Ordered half portion of spicy Kuzhi mandhi. Waited for a long time to get it.
And they came with some dish that cannot be called as a mandhi. I felt like Chicken was dried under the sun or something. It was so dry that I could nt eat one. Same with the rice too. I didnt even able to finish a small portion of the rice. Then I had parcelled it, due to the amount I had to pay for it.
I talked to the staff regarding this, but there was no use at all.

Had kuzhimandi at the restaurant. The mandi was good but chicken clear soup served along with the dish was excellent. The mayonnaise and sauce served was not that great

Really Loved this restaurant? Wonderful Ambience as compared with nearby restaurants. Food was so delicious. Mandi was awesome. Super tasty food and vibe making ambience? ️

Love this hotel. Delicious menu of Arabian Dishes. They provide good food in not much price

I loved the food there and really happy with the behaviour from the staff. Looking forward to try new dishes soon.
