Restaurant atmosphere is warm and situated in the center of a busy city thevara. The food is ok ok. But they need to take more care in food serving. They didn't have a mug for water not in any table and giving water in a paper glass. Whenever we questioned about it they said that, paper glasses are using due to covid guild lines. The staffs didn't wear a mask, entrance don't have any sanitisers too is this believable. So pls take more care in table manners.

Please remove yourself from God's glorious earth. This establishment is a health hazard waiting to happen. Management is lacklustre and deaf to customer feedback. When humanity takes a backseat to profit disaster happens. Hope this place closes down.

Food is average and oily. They can definitely decrease oils by avoiding deep frying or putting oils in swarma chicken. Can't comment on taste and quality of Mandi

I dined in recently. The food was undercooked and also plastic items were found in two plates. We politely pointed out to the manager/owner so that other customers were not harmed, but to our surprise the owner was very rude and started shouting. Horrible experience, go here if you wish to have a stomach illness and be shouted at for no fault of yours

Pathetic service and very unprofessional behaviour by the owners. Would not recommend this place to anyone. It should close down.

Ordered a chicken shawarma, tasted really stale and gross, I felt something was wrong with it so I didn't finish the remaining 1/3.
Next morning, I got really bad food poisoning! This is the first time in years that I have gotten sick from ordering from outside!

Overall good️ Food is tasty and good in quality, but overpriced. Full Shawarma roll is about 150/-. I think for that price you can have better Shawarma from Al Taza. The flavour of mandhi rice have to be improved. At night there will be delay to serve food. Doesn't have an aduquate parking space. Located near Shanthinagar juntion in Thevara. Near to Sacred Heart College

The food was really poor. Most of the dishes in the menu card was not available. And the dish which was available tasted below average. I ordered a dragon chicken. And it was the worst i had i a while. It tasted burned. All the redchilles in that was burned and it was really bad.

Today on 24/9/2021 (friday) i visited this restaurent.dinning was avilable but hardly 2 customers was there.
*The food was of poor quality. The mionise which they gave was having a bitter taste and smelling bad. Lter they changed with some other mionise when i pointed.also served mionise in the plastic cover not as in the picture shown by them

* Not provided drinking water instead they pushed for pepsi and packed drinking water which was chargable. The reason they said for this was it is a non contact way and self service. Many reataurants are open in town for dine out and they are serving water in diaposible glasses.
* the salad provided was old they carrot and cucumber was rotten.

I bought all this to the concerned person in that restaurant and he was very arrogent and defending evrything.normal Chicken mandhi quarter charged is 160/- which was very poor in quality comapred to other famous mandhi restaurants in town. Felt that was also not fresh. I really suspect they are serving previous day left over food some times. If you are lucky you get good food. If you are not you end up in food poison.

I have ate from many restaurants in india and abroad but this was such a disappointing experience.

Great place to hang out in the evening. The shawarma is just yumm! The only drawback is the lack of juices/shakes. Only soft drinks are available

Must Try the Alfaham Mandi! So tasty that I visit the place whenever I feel like eating Mandi! The Rice is so delicious and Chicken too! I cant even taste any other dishes because whenever I reach the place I end up ordering Alfaham Mandi. The one negative thing I felt was the Self Servive!

It's a good ambience place with good food but their approach and services to the customer is lowkey. Parking space is available.

People in Thevara! All were waiting for new fine dine-in restaurant. Arabic mandhi. From first day they won peoples heart with their delicious chicken mandhi!

It was disappointing and worst food i had ever experienced.we had ordered alfam manthi.the quality of rice is not good and chicken pieces were burned.we hope you will improve quality of food

I am a great foodie from Cochin and most of the restaurant owners and my foodie mates know me for suggestions etc.
I personally strongly recommend Al Faaza Arabian restaurant at thevara for the best Mandi ever.
The rice had its flavour and was so soft and was just melting in the mouth. The chicken too had a different taste. The skin was slightly crispy and the chicken was so juicy inside.
Other than the Mayo and the tomato chutney the spicy chutney had a different feel al together.
I strong recommend you all to go and have it hot amd enjoy the best Mandi in kochi.
Dont ever forget to try it if you have never done so.

So the chicken that was served to us was most definitely from the previous day. It was so hard that rather than eating it you could use it to beat a live chicken to death and try to make a better dish. When we had mentioned to the restaurant that the chicken was rock hard and too salty they replied with "there are different styles of mandhi and this is our style". The only thing that I liked in our order was the sliced cucumbers that was part of the salad. So if you are looking for chicken mandhi with some soft tender meat I'd suggest you keeping looking. But in all honesty we did try out their Al faham a few days back and that was okay which is why we came back.

I am not happy with my first experience from this Arabic restaurant. Then I met the owner and I raised complaint about Mandhi. Then he explained abou the making of mandhi, especially the water which they using for cooking. I was so happy, when I heard about this. Today, he gave me one alfaham and mandhi. Alfaham was very tasty. And the mayonnise and one special dip, it was really good. I expect more variety dishes from Al Faazha. Good Ambience. Waiting for dinning from there. There is no any other standard restaurant in Thevara. Excellent customer dealing. All the best

Kuzhimandi is really tasty and differently flavoured. Their Kerala poratta is worth trying with beef fry and also their alfam. Waiting for their dine in experience. Must try restaurant in Thevara.

Edit 1: Owners threatened me on phone for suggesting food improvement and leaving a bad review. Says a lot about the management.
TL;DR: Deceiving positive reviews. I don't reccomend buying mandi from here. Delivery from Al Reem still the best value for money and authenticity.
If there was a 0 star I would still not rate this unless I have a minus review scale. So al faaza has put in a lot of effort to make a big dine in with a big board saying kuzhimandi, and then manages to do the biggest injustice to kuzhimandi. Wrong spice, wrong marination, weird rice texture and funnily a different smokey flavoured chicken. Moreover I ordered half a mandi and received mayyonaise and tomato salata enough for one serving which makes no sense as i dont know how much money you save by giving less mayyonaise but atleast consider asking how much customer wants. Unfortunately I couldn't taste anything else as this was the only option available but would've loved to taste the other Arabic dishes. My honest advice is to change the recipe to a genuine mandi if you're advertising yourself as a mandi speciality restaurant. I got my hopes too high seeing the place but one of the biggest dissapointments in recent times.

Really Very good Arabic Dishes, Al ordered Mandhi and it was a different experience, the spices and masalas are really awesome, the quantity also worth. I also ordered Kerala paratha and Beef fry, the Paratha was really tasty. The food, the space, parking everything was good. We all were waiting for a real Arabic restaurant in MG road side.best wishes to team and keep this taste forever.

Yesterday I brought Alfam Manthi from here. But I did'nt get the real taste. Alfam is not well cooked. I am not satisfied with this.
