Al Shami Mandhi Restaurant

We bought a full Mandi at night and had it from home. The rice was good and so tasty. But the chicken was not good. It felt like eating chicken without even salt.

Beef shawarama is too good
Well cooked beef had a pinch of crunch and good spicy flavour
I prefer eating without mayonnaise and without mayonnaise also shawarama was flavourfull

Very bad experience. No taste. Food is not worth for the money. Mandhi rice, alfham, the mayonise also too bad. Not cleaned bathroom, washbaises.it was a bitter experience from Kasaragod's heart part

Wow. Tasty tasty tasty. I eat chicken mandhi. Wow. Perfect boiled chicken. And the perfect masala rice. The tomato chatni and the white chatni. Really so tasty

The best mandhi I have eaten. Really tasty and really worthy. Mayo and Tomato Chutni was also really good. I bought ¾ Mandi and it costed 550 rs and it was really worth it and we were full after that. The seating and ambience was also really good.quite place and the service was also not bad.

Good one, but one advice, if you do know to prepare a dish or no idea of that dish do not put it on the menu, (example 1/4 is paneer 65) worst ever had in my life n vomited the same night.like i have no example nor seen anything like that.but non-veg okay no issues with price n quantity

A quiet, unassuming restaurant on the highway, which serves one of the better Mandis you'll eat in Kerala. Consistency can be an issue sometimes, but on its day it is right up there with the best.
Tip: Book a mandi with the specific mutton cut you'd prefer like the shoulder a day in advance.

The Mandhi was really yummy and also really delicious. The quantity was humongous bt the only problem was that the food wasn't served hot. The flavours could have been more enhanced if it was served hot.

Had beef manthi. Rice didn't have any flavour. The meat was not good at all. Plus they didn't even give mayonnaise upfront. And when they did, the quantity was very low.

Arabian taste.good ambience and good for family dine.as of my openion price is little high, but not that mouch expencive

The meat was well cooked, tender and falling off the bones, just as it should be.
The rice was also cooked to perfection and not very oily like regular mandis.
Staff were courteous and helped us in ordering
Quantity and pricing were also appropriate
One full mutton Mandi was adequate for 4 and cost around 900.
Would recommend this place for any Mandi enthusuasts

I have been to this restaurant before and the food was good. But today I ordered a mutton mandhi to take away. While waiting there was smell of burnt food in the restaurant. They gave my food wrapped in aluminium foil and 2 layers of plastic. But when I got home and opened it, I was shocked to find out that it was my food that was burnt.
They might have server good food early but I am never visiting this place coz, if they were bold enough to send the burnt food, I can't imagine what else is going on in that kitchen. They probably thought I'm just posing through and would never come back. That's no attitude for a restaurant. Don't go there ever!
