I stay two days paid 30 thousand but service is very worst.no customer service.no air-condition is not working is sitting area i called agent he also talking very rood.
My parents recently stayed at this place for a holiday, spending around 30,000 rupees for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite paying an extra 600 rupees for air conditioning, the staff refused to turn it on, and their behavior was rude. The food quality was subpar. Additionally, when my parents left a poor review, the management responded aggressively, swearing at them over the phone. Overall, a regrettable experience.

It was my first time in a houseboat and It was a good experience. The boat was very clean and room was neat. There is good privacy inside Food was good. But I just felt it would be better if the cook gives us a few options as to what food we can have rather than just doing something which they prefer. However the food was tasty.

Houseboat Experience at Alleppey is a ride through the beautiful backwaters of Kerala. Alleppey was the one suggested by a lot as it has the never-ending stretches of coconut groves and lush green paddy fields all around.
Stay was very comfortable and we had a pleasant experience in the boathouse. Staff Sanjeev and Manoj were very polite and Mr. Manoj made us some very tasty food although out. Rooms and boat were clean. AC issue needs to be fixed as discussed.
We had booked our day cruise with Alappuzhaboathouse, from 10am to 4pm. It was a great experience in all. We were picked up right on time and was started the cruise at the agreed time. They served us welcome drink, delicious lunch with Kerala meals, chicken and fish, and in the evening we were served with tea and snacks. The boat was maintained all neat and clean and the bedroom and sofas were also all good. Would surely recommend for any group of friends or family and the rates are also quite reasonable. We covered all the major spots on our route. Totally it was great experience.

Awesome experience. Please must visit this place. Current rate is 8000 per night but you can also pay for few hours. Very beautiful place. Love it. Go and experience. Its totally an Refreshment place. Nothing to enjoy over there, but to admire the backwater and green environment over there. It suits all the category of people. We can spend around 3 to 5 hours in boat. Its worth to visit here. Coming as a group will be more preferable, so that you can enjoy. Nice vacation spot.your one day of tour will be on water were you can enjoy in the boat around the paddy field near the lake. Small villages, Public boat transport and a Church around waters which is being used as a shooting spot! Alappuzha is referred to as the 'Venice of the East'. Alappuzha is also famous for its boat races, houseboat holidays, beaches. The houseboats are completely safe for families, couples and even, solo travellers. The houseboats crew are always available for the guests for any help. Guests can enjoy complete privacy and security during their stay. The houseboats carry safety equipment such as life-jackets, fire-extinguishers, etc!

Romantic place for honeymoon. We stayed in a boat house at the back waters it was an awesome experience for us. House boat costed around 10000 to 12000 for a 24 hour stay with food. They provide us very good and fresh non - vegetarian food. Fish and chicken was very fresh they didn't use any frozen non veg items. In a boat we will have all facilities. One driver, cook and helper will be in a boat to help us. The cook was very friendly they asked us for food options too. Very relaxing and peaceful place if anyone want to escape from stressful city life.

Hi, this is my first visit to Kerala and first experience to stay in a houseboat in Alleppey. The houseboat was booked by Chittadil Cruise Office. We were welcomed by the staff present on House boat Mr Sheenu and Mr Girish. They were very courteous and professional. Mr Girish was the Navigator who took us to beautiful spots and Mr Sheenu prepared execellent food for us. Thanks to them for make our stay wonderful and memorable.
Best place for honey moon for couple.very peaceful and safe with delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner with snacks. It's cost around 10000 to 14000 for 24hours. It's not only for couples we can go with family members also we can select the boat for three bedroom. Best quality food especially thier service. We peaceful and lovely. We had wonderful experience in alappuzha boat house. Car parking also available it's safe for parking.
