Very bad organizing there staffs sections etc space is also very small in that 400sq many of come stay there without Q it's not there fault it's even difficult to make Q there.during this time it's important to upgrade the office with at least 2000sq for PRO WORKS AND SECTION.it's important to post a may i help guy there a new guy cannot even realise wats happening there.when talking about there work there system and website always crash.i walked 5 times 2 days to make vehchle ownership transfer to me
1, NEED TO UPGRADE SPACE
2, MUST IMPLIMENT Q SYSTEM
3, TRY TO MAKE A SEPARATE SECTION FOR THOSE HEKKIN RTO AGENTS AND DEALERS
THOSE PRO GUYS ARE HEKKING DAM WITH HUNDREDS OF APPLICATION AND WORKS

Such a bad service from the PRO side. Today I went with my friend to Alleppey collectrorate PRO section for a matter. They dont even care about people who are standing in the queue. They ask and do things for whoever people who they care without minding the queue. My friend almost fainted standing there even if he was the first person in the queue she gave a go by for his words and did not care to listen. He was literally tired after repeating queries. Such an arrogant attitude from the Lady who is PRO. Its a request and advice that first try to learn how to treat customers and show attitude as PRO.

Positive changes of government departments.the lady who has picked up the land phone patiently answered my all queries.which is happening very rarely on the phone.specially in government departments.thank you and keep it up.

Can catch buses to ERNAKULAM TRIVANDRUM, KOLLAM, PATHANAMTHITTA, KAYAMKULAM, KOTTAYAM, THRISSUR. Not too crowded, may be due to COVID 19 regulations. Safe to go. Waiting room for women and aminity hall available. KSRTC Enquiry centre is working so properly and the road outside the busstation is on the banks of a canal were 100 and 100s of boats for boating on behalf of the kerala tourism. Canal leads to vembanad lake. Bus station is not much hiegenic. But safer and much less crowded than ERNAKULAM KSRTC stand.
If you need to go to villages, private bus stops are about 800 metres from the station. You can get a bus to railway, beach, collectorate, civil station etc.
I dont have any experience at night in the station (safety). Police was always there at the day and dont know anything about night.
