Very very bad service. The staff's behavior is not at all professional. That treat the customers as if they are doing some kind of charity. The time you enter the salon, everybody will stare at you expressing there laziness to do the work. Again, There is a lady supervising the salon. Owner I think. Her attitude is as if she is the owner of some kind of international business empire. Odukathe show! Apart from this, the rate they charge is shocking. Even in Mumbai its not this costly. Just for a simple hair cut they are charging around 1000/-. Which is shocking. In short, if u want to spend a huge money, and experience an arrogant and unprofessional service u can go there.

I had visited alchemy recently and had a worst experience. I did hair color for Rs. 6000 but it was looking as same before doing the colouring, colour was not highlighted as expected. I was really disspointed. Last time when i visited i had reaction when i did polished facial. I was asked to reach at a certain time confirmed by alchemy, but i had to wait for long time. Not going to visit or suggest alchemy again

Divya and Ritha did a very good job.very dedicated n loving people.had a great experience in hair coloring and cutting too.

I thought it was a ladies only, but I can find gents staffs inside, I really didn’t really expected this. This msg for gents who might sent their women alone by expecting it’s ladies staffs only there

Very good mani pedi service by Malti and especially loved the nails done by Heena who was patient and listened to my requests as well.

Had a great experience at AlChemy Parlour, specially my 4 year old daughter who always wanted to have a hair wash at a parlour, got a pampered service! The team was very accommodating to our request and quickly made the needed arrangements to make a toddler comfortable!
The hair stylist followed every instruction, and the hair came out just as intended!

Saw her beam with shyness as well as happiness after the service! She kept saying that she liked it sooo much!

The salon itself was clean, well-lit and had a relaxing atmosphere. The décor was tasteful and modern, giving a luxurious and elegant feel to the place. The staff were all extremely skilled and knowledgeable in their field, and were able to provide expert advice on the latest beauty trends and treatments.

Had a great experience at alchemy with shilpa.she ws excellent.i ws here for hot oil massage.but she suggested me hair spa.nd it ws amazing.my hair became soooooo soft. I finally discovered d problem with my hair loss ws dry hair
. I loved d massage too.felt very relaxed.thank u soooo much shilpa I'm very grateful. I'll definitely visit next time and ask for her.

Very good experience with reasonable price. The staff is very friendly, they gave needed suggestions for the hair problems and also made us comfortable. Did hair spa and the massage was awesome. Chaithanya and Divya, both did a great job. My hair is so good now after the hair fall treatment which started in April. Thank you Alchemy.

I went in with a vague idea of how i want my hair cut to be and the hairdresser Ali did a remarkable job, the layers where placed in the perfect lengths to suit my face and overall look. The haircut continued to look as good even after washes. I regularly use their other salon services. Will definitely go back again

I have been regularly visiting this salon from past 2-3 months and always had a good experience. Today they gave me a complimentary pedicure too. The staff there are very friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend alchemy for your beauty needs.

Good service. The comfort level of the space has been improved tremendously compared to older one.

I went for doing hair botox treatment. The customer support is great. They explained everything in detail. But the whole process was really painful. Literally I couldnt sleep after treatment because of pain. The straightening process was really sooo painful. She was doing it with her whole strength. I thought i would go home without any hair. And also they trimmed my hair and took an extra ₹500 which was not communicated earlier. And I already said I didnt want a straight look. But after treatment it look like I did smoothening. So guys if you are planning for hairbotox I wont suggest this salon.

I went there last week for my child hair cutting. They have charged very high cost for hair cutting. He has only 2 yr baby. And then they charged 500/-.
Hair cutter was a men, and he tell to a lady for charging this price.

Pls try to guide ur staff about Spa massages.literally, after ur face massages and head massage ‍️. Its very painful. Its due to the un proper way of massage.

I went there for facial and hair spa.facial service is okay. But i didnt like hair spa. It seems like she is a trainee without experience.the way she towel drying hair was rough she was rubbing instead of patting it. Also hot hair dryer was targeted on roots too.experienced people won't do that.didnt like the result. My hair was a keratin treated hair i was looking for maintaining it.but now it is rough i lost that effect.

One of Kannur's best salons, great vibe and friendly, helpful staff. Just had my dermaplanning, hairdressing, hair coloring, and other beauty services and I was extremely happy with the result. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and aesthetic!
I would always recommend this place for anyone who wants the best salon experience in Kannur!

The place looks aesthetically pleasing, but the service was okayishh and the owner there I guess was unfriendly to me. I wanted to do eyebrow threading and a facial, but with how it was, I just got my brows done and left. Wouldn't visit again: (

Worst experience - I went to do threading, both eyebrow and upper lip. This is the first time I visited this place. I ahouldnt have. Instead of upper lip threading, they recommend to face waxing and promised that there won't be any side effects as they are using premium products.the waxing itself was very painful and my skin is ruptured here and there. And I started getting a lot of small pimples and spots all over my face. Thanks to u.my face is a mess now. Please please make sure that u have experienced people to do the job and use good products.

I had come to dye my hair in a very peculiar way and they walked me through all of it carefully.
Teena, Divya, Asiya, Anu and everyone else were absolutely warm and welcoming. This was my first time but won’t be my last.
