Had the worst experience at the MRI Scanning Department.

I took my Father for MRI Spinal at 11: 30 am on 16/02/24 Friday.they made me wait till 1: 45 pm Then the completed MRI at 2: 00 pm and asked to wait till 4: 00 pm. At 4 I went and asked for the result, now they are telling me to wait for another 2 hrs. What irresponsible people are here. They are dealing with human science. This is not just a simple issue. For any diagnosis these types of results are very important.

I have already escalated these issues to higher authorities.

Let them understand the value of what they are dealing with.

How irresponsible is Almas Kottakkal Management.

I experience worst behaviour from the nurses and dr rahul raveendran urologist.otherwise reception staff and nephrology doctor and PRO staff are very responsive and well behaved.

It was a great experience. The support system staff was outstanding. Everything was crystal clear from starting till the end. I will recommend to my friends and relatives.

The staff attitude was too good and the doctors were also excellent. Best treatment facilities with hygienic environment and great hospitality

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Doctors were all very friendly and helpful. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this Hospital.

Pmr Department is very nice. Staff's behaviour including nurses, coordinators, therapist are good in their behaviour.

Doctors treatment, cleanliness are good. Overall good experience, the treatment was good and very helpful staff. We are fully satisfied with the services they have provide.

No hygiene, very bad customer relationship, slow response from stafs.
They should maintain the hygiene in the rooms and Lobbies. The smell outside the Operation teater amd the rooms is very bad. I never seen a regular cleaning, and even of they do, is just for a name sake.

They should maintain the quality of services, not just the treatment.

The facility they provide not worthy as they charge for it.

ALMAS is always a blessing for us, the natives of Kottakkal.l have too many personal experiences including saving my premature baby and me by Dr. Sini, gynaecologist and Dr. Anees neonetologist. Can't forget the effort taken by Dr. Ajay sir, Cardiologist and his team, for saving my brother in law who has cardiac arrest and mother in law who had a major attack. Dr. Muhd. Musthafa, neurologist, Dr. Shihab, gastro, Dr. Saidali, ortho, Dr. Muhd kuyy kanniyan, ortho, Dr. Rishad, Gen.surgeon, Dr. Safida N Neeliyatt, Physiotherapist, Dr. Nesva P Hamsa ENT, Dr. Alavikkutty, Gen.physician all had treated and cured many of us in many occations. Thanks for the great Drs and the outstanding emergency dept, which helped us in many life threatening situations.
Special thanks to Kabeer sir for servicing his native place by running such a great venture.

Poor service and alot of money, casuality service is good, but admited patients are not cared well.

Good doctors. Don't trust the staffs. Wrong information is being released from the call center. I lost two of my precious hours due to the wrong timing of the doctor's appointment. There is also a mistake in receiving the message. This should be seen as the biggest shortcoming of the institution which is going ahead with so many good doctors.

Very bad experience.very delay to getting room.we are alredy booked room at the time of 9 pm but 5 hour ago later we got room.very careless

Hygienic, well maintained & well managed hospital. Prayer hall facility available for Muslim ladies. Rooms and wards are maintained well.

Felt like they want to keep the patient for longer in case of admit, so that they can bill us more money.

Though crowded, it is an hospital with good facilities and emergency medical care with seperate departments for different modern medicine branches.

With this fact, they should more professionalise their services to become more customer friendly.

Friends, please do not take your relatives to this hospital i went here with patient and wrote 30 tests and rewrote them if it didn't matter Management is very weak This is a business for them, putting our lives on the line

Large parking area.
They are not providing seperate bill for consultation fee, amount is noted in the corner of prescription, that is not acceptable for claiming in many cases.
For x ray, scanning etc.no option for payment directly nearby, they will give a slip.we have to go to billing counter.

Almas Hospital is a super speciality hospital situated at Changuvetty Junction, Kottakkal. Equipped with almost all modern facilities like Cath lab, Dialysis unit, IVF, MRi Scan etc. They have very good doctors in departments like neurology, cardiology, nephrology, paediatrics, ortho etc.and providing good services at reasonable rate (compare to their competitor in the city). They needs to give good trainings to their staffs about customer service and the facilities of lab is not enough to cope up the demands of the hospital. I guess their house keeping department is working on contract basis and they need urgent attention in maintaining common rest rooms hygienically. Even though Almas has very big parking space it is not sufficient during peak hours.

I don't see they are following Covid 19 protocol Which government recommanded. They are simply allow all visitors, no fever checkup, not collecting any data. Even allowing children gust also. Government should take strong actions against this violation

Even though so many controversies, people going to almas because they have no other option in low margins. Almas having full facilities, emergency services and exellent doctors. Unfortunately management is very bad in all matters especially billing. They wants more patients to occupy in rooms. For any reason they will make it in. They forgetting healthcare is the best social service but its fraudulent healthcare business.

എന്റെ പുന്നാര സഹോദരങ്ങളോട് ഒരു കാരണവശാലും ഇങ്ങോട്ട് വരരുത്. കാരണം രോഗിയുടെ അസുഖം എന്താണ് ചോദിച്ചാൽ അവർക്ക് തന്നെ അറിയില്ല. പിന്നെ ബില്ലിന്റെ കാര്യത്തിൽ പറയും വെണ്ട എന്നാ icu കിടക്കുന്ന രോഗിയെ ശരിക് നോകുമോ അതും ഇല്ല. പ്ലീസ് അപേക്ഷ ആണ്

There is no drinking water accessability in third floor. Eventhough we contacted the complaint and suggestion number that displayed all over the hospital, the reply from that concerned staff is very pathetic. He don't know how to deal and minimum way of communication to customers who seek care. So pls do needful to avoid inconvenience to patients and bystanders and to improve services to public

Wife was admitted for delivering baby, had a good care with the team (Dr. Sajna) at hospital. Especially the second floor nurse station team really took good care of wife and baby assisted day and night.

Cons:
Construction work sound was annoying.

Cleaning management need more training for cleaning. They are doing well but need more for perfection.

Food was good but the taste of cooking to be flavoured more.

(Govt hospital എത്രയോ ഭേദം) 1 നഴ്സ് oyike (name മറന്നു) മറ്റൊന്ന് Dr rounds വരുന്ന സമയം കൃത്യത ഇല്ല. വരുന്ന Dr ആണെങ്കിലോ എല്ലാ department Dr ക്കും referring eyuthum. രാവിലെ eyuthiyal റഫർ dr റേ രാത്രി നോക്കിയാൽ മതി. പിന്നെ mattukaaryathil കാണിച്ച ashratha ഒന്നും ബില്ലിൽ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കണ്ട. Ponneecha പാറും.

One of the worst hospitals around, Lacks professionalism in most of the staffs.
They are surviving just because of some very good Doctors like Sajna etc. And most of the other good Doctors have already escaped to the nearby Hospitals.
I have faced a lot of issues from this hospital

Experienced doctors are the best feature of the hospital, less expensive compared between nearby hospitals, wide parking area, best featured with IVF center.prescriptions take self in the hospital using Credit card, The way to get in and out is in different parts so you can avoid the conflict between vehicles

Moderately priced hospital with average facilities. It caters to a large populace who has come to trust the services they provide. As it happens with any establishment which is traditionally favoured by the public over new and better establishments, the hospital administration has taken the clientele for granted. I will not rate their cleanliness and hygiene very high. In fact, it is one of the worst I have come across. A bad smell looms inside the room after the cleaning boy has left. Doctors and their Treatment are good, no complaints on that front. They have very good infrastructure and facilities. Enough parking space and easily accessible from the highway.

Experienced doctors are one and only plus point of this hospital.
We have to pay luxury rooms rent for a normal room. Nursing staff are very irresponsible and working as slow as snails.

I don't know more about the doctors and facilities. But, I had faced bad experience from security staff at two times. Even they not ready to solve the issues. They blaming to others.

This hospital is working only for money.gynecology dept.is very worst and even the nursing staff also very uncultured team (as per my wife not getting any even minor supports from them in OT as well as room). This is my last first deal with AL MAS HOSPITAL.good bye

The quality is very bad than the normal government hospital.we can't even enquire about the availability of doctors through the phone call.the call centre staffs are irresponsible even if we try to call a hundred times.absolutely everything is worst.it's better to consult in a government hospital if We have enough patience to wait

Must be avoided this hospital.if no other choices. Not keeping ethics.just doing their buisiness only.

If you want to lose your existing health and money go there.they are waiting for you by all means.

Reception, Pharmacy and Insurance office Staff are excellent. My experience in laboratory is minus expectations. The lab results distribution and cash counter staffs are having very bad attitude.

Best 'slaughterhouse' in Kottakkal awarded by lot of patients. Over billing and poor caring is the current happening situation here. Neatless floor and rooms got for parturition of my relative. The same we questioned the nurses, other responsive members. They replied: This is a business, We couldn't do anything other than the management provided for you. The same is happening in other hospitals, not about the billing of treatment instead by expensive medicines.
Flies get in the rooms during the night. Slovenly bathroom pulls back you to your room. Blaah. Finally, no fire extinguisher placed for all floors instead one or two fire hydrant are there for a complete floor. Not worthy treatment.

Hygienic bathrooms are still a dream here, most of the bathrooms are locked out, isn't it mandatory to provide hygienic environment for the patients and to avoid spreading of communicable disease s. And Basic amenities like drinking water (hot) to the patients who are in ICU should be provided by the hospital itself, it will be a great relief to the bystanders who are not able to roam around.

Good hospital with expert physicians but poorly trained staffs. Receptionist staffs must be improve their way of treating.

Accessible from main road - highway. (Calicut- Trivandrum). Very big hospital with all facilities. No bitter or bad experiences. Doctors are good and staffs behave well. My father have been taking treatment from here since 2013 for CAD. Only good to say.

Reception staffs are need more improve.give best trainings how behave with aged patients.gents receptionist are 100 time better than femail staff.

Very poor service. The main section lift is not working till 4 days cause of electricity voltage problem in center of kottakkal city.
But others hospitals and all lifts are working in kottakkal. My sister is admitt in 5 the floor take too risky to reach there for medicine and food etc. Next time I am not recommend any one to this hospital.
