The mandi restaurant wasnt as impressive as I thought it would be. This place have been here for so long and hoped they will be serving good mandi.
The mandi was too flavourful and most of the time I had to pick out the spices and spice mix from the rice. The rice was cooked really well and not too oily but this tasted more like a jeera rice or very slight taste of a biriyani, because the meat was marinated with a ginger-garlic paste mix inside it and this flavour was also felt from the rice. The cooking perfection of the meat is so good. The skin of the meat had the perfect colour and texture but the marination inside was a totally different one.
The sauces and salad were of good quality especially the salad where usually most of the places serve just cabbage mixed in vinegar. Here they served it with cucumber and carrot.
