AM Needs Kochi

I am a doctor and was using this app, had money in wallet of am needs, now I am shocked to see service is not available, who will refund the money in wallet. This is very unprofessional and cheating of customers

Similar other reviews, they asked for milk subscription renewal and suddenly stopped after we loaded money, customer service won't respond, now the number sats out of coverage area, lost the amount which we paid, app is also not working

When they close a business they should have done if with some dignity. Not returning many people's wallet money is not the right way to do it. I have created a reddit group named "amneedscam". Please be a part and discuss how we can deal with such scamsters.

I too have a similiar experiance of non refund towards milk subscription. I was informed via a whatsapp message an error occured on their app and temporarily suspended milk subscription till the app is rectified. I also got a msg of apology and refund would be processed and a charge back within a week. I was also advised I could subscribe milk of other companies other than milma. I went ahead with another brand subscription and thereafter supplies were abruptly suspended. I too tried their customer care numbers including their 'Manager's' hand phone to no avail. Pathetic. Didn't expect I would be taken for a ride!

I see a lot of people raising concerns of disruption of services and not refunding the subscription amount. I am also a victim of this cheating. It now more than 1.5 months. I think we all should raise a complaint against AM Needs and Farmers Fresh Zone in the consumer forum.

Such an irresponsible and unethical and unfaithful workers they have. None of them are trust worthy. Both AM NEEDS and FARMERS FRESH ZONE is a group of people whom the Coustomers never ever can rely on. Associate with them in your own risk

Pandemic time is the time for AM to come up and help. Why they nevr even bothered to call me ba

On 29th June 2020 I bought 2 packets of GratedCoconut (300gms each) for Rs 100/- and the order no# is 174199. The whole 2 packets of grated coconut were 100% spoiled andwe were not even able to use a single spoon. Not sure why proper quality checks andtaste analysis is not done before delivering these fresh food items. First I thought about taking it to consumer court since I was so angryand annoyed seeing your crap product. I am a patient under medical leave after Brain Tumor surgery andbought this scrap item from AMNeeds to reduce my work but lost all the money and hope. Iwill delete the AMapp from my mobile and never ever order more items from AMneeds.

After reading all comments was a bit scared to order from amneed. But happy to inform that my first of elite pudding cake to my parents on my dad's birthday.was perfect. It reached on time. And they loved it too.

Initially there was no handling charges for milk.now they charge 10 percent which is day light robbery.our local vendor supplies milk with out any handling charges.so stopped AM Needs
