Today evening I bought 1kg beef.when it opens seems that deceyed and bad smel.never buy beef or such things in evening from kalathipady shop. I made a call to shop and returned the item.

I had previously given a 4 star for the place due to the good quality of the fish and meat, holding back my reservation for the higher price. 2 months back my wife got very poor quality fish. I ignored it even when I got horrible fish once. Last week I got some 'Vatta' and it was like hard rubber. Horrible.

I bought a kilo of pork and saw that more than half of it was cut off when I got home. If you don't want the shoulder piece, you should say it in advance. I didn't know that there are things like this when buying a pig. Thank you to the staff who explained. When I asked to change it to another home delivery aayi, I was told that it is not possible and that there is delivery within 5 KM. When I was told that it is delivered to my next home, I was told that sometimes it is because there is a good order. Actually there is only 5 KM distance to my house. I don't feel like giving even a

I had some bad experience with the quality of fish. I bought crabs from here and after taking it, we suffered some health issues like allergic symptoms and stomach issues. Yesterday I tried once again, but the crabs were stale. We disposed it after cooking: - (
I also bought two packets of milk from there, both were spoiled.

Quiet satisfied with this place now. You get all variety of fish and meat items here. Customer service is also good. Happy customer so far.

Very bad customer service. Waited for an hour to get my order. They keep on pushing my order whenever the supervisor interveans for some telephonic orders or orders from car. 6 persons at work at meat section and 1 single duck = 1+ hour @ Amala. 1 more issue I noticed is, they tried to push one dead duck to my order. There was a dead duck on the table when I placed my live duck order. After Killing mine they kept on working on other orders. The fun part is no work is complete. They start one, the supervisor interveans, they go to next, again same procedure. When I raised concerns on too much waiting, they tried to deliver the dead one. An hour is alredy wasted, I said "give me the one for my order"! Hope the received meat is fine.

Great place to buy fish and meat. Have now bought from them a few times now. Fresh seafood and you have a variety to choose from. The staff are very cordial. Everything is systematically done. Very neat also.

Chilled fishes from fresh water, brackish water and sea caught. Also live stock includes duck, hen, quail, rabbit, lamb, beef and pig to complete the range of produce of good quality and hygiene to add value.

It's pretty New in town, quite huge and have allot of verities
They also clean the fish which is a bliss but the cleaning is not upto the mark.
They sell almost all kind of fish and meat.

Well organized, good to buy fish. They clean fish very well. Only issue is it is business so be aware not to get yesterday's stock. Best time to buy is early morning so they don't have chance to mix.

One place I always rely on when it comes to fish, mutton etc.good service fresh products. Not disappointed yet after 100 of visits.

A good place for all kinds of fish and non veg items. Very crowded place. Nobody wear mask properly. Staff too busy to attend customers.
Though they promised home delivery, it's a dream yet to come true.
Sincere advice to customers, till billing they are loyal. So ask whether they will clean and give, if so how long has to wait and also home delivery possible if needed.

Fairly good products. You do have choices here for both meat and fish. Recommended to go straight to the outlet and buy. Staff must be trained regularly for customer service and telephone manners.

If you are thinking about home delivery. Please forget it. The worse I have ever had at Kottayam.

Ilogical reasonings, Misplaced orders, 7.00 AM order might reach you at 3.30 PM, If you chase them! (They call it fresh, and you've to assume it). I've tried them 3-4 times, that was not at all a pleasent experience.

Fresh fish available with wide range of selections. Also other meat product are available.
