Decades old restaurant in Pattom. Breakfast and Dinner options are great. Vegetarian and Non vegetarian foods are available. Heavy meals are above average. Budget friendly. Good place for a quick bite. They provide Tea time specials. Overall it's a good option to dine in at.

Tasty food available but facility is not good. Very crowded. Situated just opposite of LIC Pattom

A place of great tradition, great smelling biriyanis once upon a time (40 years ago) but haven't grown with time. The interiors need a spruce up badly.

Dosha was nice.not so much pulicha dough. Chutney is the highlight.tastes homemade.tea was decent.three stars coz I haven't tried other dishes

I had breakfast from this place. I would say it's an average experience overall. The taste won't amaze you plus it won't be disappointing too.

A budget family place to go. Remember, this is for a middle class family and not for CEO budget.

Restaurant can be easily located as it is on the roadside, opposite LIC office Pattom. They have managed to maintain the same old taste - which is OK and nothing to be hyped. However, the hygiene and service are very poor.

They make one of the best beef fries in Trivandrum. The 'chammanthi' with the dosa is also special even though it lacks it's earlier taste

Dosa and katti chammanthi the icon menu of ambalapattu. Started to take different menus, till now no issues (5 years experience). Arrangements are made in such a way that feels to be 30 to 40 years back which is mind-blowing. Can be choosen as one of the best hotel to take food if in city. Not hashboosh one, Thani nadan

Simple hotel.chutney is the highlight.chicken curry and porotta is good.affordable also.family room is not the best.as i mentioned earlier is is a simple hotel.keeping the nostalgy of good old small hotel

I just went to have tea and elayappam there so I can't speak much for their food. But, what I ate was simply wonderful.
Come here for the food, cause that's all this place can hope to give. It's not a large place, but it can manage a decent amount of people.
I imagine coming here for rush hours would be terrible cause of the seating and the possible lack of a parking space.

Best hotel in this area. Prices are reasonable. Non vegetarian food is really good. One of the oldest hotel in this area.

Previously food taste are good. Now the taste of food is not come upto previous evel. May be the poor performance cook.

Porotta they served shamelessly was coin sized and days old!

In the evenings, the restaurant is full of mosquitoes and insects!

The porotta was just disgusting! Totally disappointed!

Trivandrums old traditional hotel. Previously it was at pattom junction in an old nalukettu house and shifted opposite to LIC. Famous for Beef & Dosha.

A good restaurant. Situated in MG Road. It's an age old restaurant and satisfies the food need of locals and the employees residing @ Pattom. Reasonable pricing of food is a highlight. Dosa and Chammanthy is a highlight dish there.

One of the oldest restaurant in Tvm.this is an iconic joint for many people! Still maintained the same way.with no compromise on the quality of the food nor the taste! To me it easily ranks as one of the top 3 breakfast joints in Tvm.

A good place for a quick snack after a hard days work. The dosa chutney and black coffee is good

Budget, pocket friendly restaurant & has good taste. Parrota & beef is superb & Dosa with katti chamandi is simply delicious.
