THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE! Definitely deserve a 1 star. Tried out the strawberry tart - a must never try. Ordered a super supreme pizza - it was below average. Even the fried rice and chilli beef was tasteless. Even the coffee was weak and watery. A total DISAPPOINTMENT!

I am a very regular customer at Ambrosia Pattom. The staff is great. They are courteous and extremely service-minded. I ordered a birthday gift for a friend today which was to be delivered anonymous. They did it perfectly and now the person who was gifted also has become a fan of their service. Good job guys.keep it up.will visit again, for sure.

Ambrosia bakery is one of the oldest and much sought-after bakeries in the city. They have around 25 years of service. They offer great variety of cakes pastries muffins and other goodies. Theme based party orders are taken. They serve the best cakes in Trivandrum though the rates are a bit on higher side. The Noga cake is a much in- demand flavour here. There's space for juice and quick bites. Good ambience and service. Party orders are served in excellent manner.

Really great experience. I have ordered a sweet gift box for birthday today. They had spent enough time with me and tried their best to make out of it.by proper communication with me in every stage of packing. Thanks for the nice packing and chocolate is really of good taste. Staff and Manager Ratheesh was too cooperative. Thanks again for providing ontime delivery with good packing and quality chocolate:)

Ordered the Swiss Choco 1kg cake via Swiggy. The cake was definitely not fresh. Could feel the dryness inside a cake that is supposed to be moist. Also, how do you manage to mess up the name of the person whose birthday we were celebrating? That is pathetic. You wrote "Amiriti" instead of "Amrit" as the name. Why can't you take a bit more time to edit it properly rather than ruin a birthday party? And the birthday message written was very cheap using an off white glazing and the the way it was presented was something a 5 year old baby could easily top in 5 minutes. The taste was sub-par as well. Definitely wouldn't recommend you buy cakes from them if it is for a special occasion, they'll take the time to ruin the whole party for you.

Previously when it was in Heera, services and everything was far better than now.

I have been customer for Ambrosia almost 10 years and above. Cakes has been outstanding. Recently I ordered cake for my birthday and for my parents wedding Anniversary. It was beautiful and very special. (Hazel nut special cake and Chocolate Divine cake)

Over past years I have ordered almost every cake they are all outstanding.

Ambrosia Pattom showroom is well located, variety of food items and showroom is neat and clean. Very good service.

Ambrosia has come into the field of Bakery.with a bang they introduced actual pastry revolution for Trivandrum Crowd.although there were contemporary entrants Ambrosia was successful with the taste buds on Trivandrum crowd.stated as a small venture quickly expanded to three or more shops and outlets in many points in the city.they are bit expensive but they still try to compete the taste with the real product.

Ambrosia Pattom now takes order via WhatsApp…fair enough…but it takes like a day for them to reply. How do u expect ur customer to wait for hours just to know whether u can place that order or not. I called them and they gave me their whatsapp number. I messaged my order and gave a call as well. They replied back after an hour with the amount I am suppose to pay to place the order.
First of all Take the ORDER guys. Get hold of the customer first and then give them ur terms and conditions. Nobody has the patience or time to wait for your reply. The city has enough bakery’s and better ones too.
Not gonna place my bet on Ambrosia anymore

The Atelier as we know it is all but shut down and servers a very limited menu which is both ordinary and not very tasty as well. It was originally a fine dine restaurant with a very exotic fusion menu when in collaboration with a celebrity Indian Chef.

I have ordered twice, vanilla-blueberry cake and the English toffee cake through their WhatsApp business account. The cake was very good both the times. Dealing was nice and they have been cooperative regarding the delivery.

I hate to write bad reviews. But I have got to be honest. We went there recently in March for a get together. The food was much below average and the service was poor.
Hope they improve it soon

I had the hamburger, my wife the cottage cheese burger. Hamburger was good, the paneer one was a tad bit too spicy. In house fries are a must try. Service is great

If you wanna get chilled and get relaxed, this is the right place to hang out. Good ambience, nice service and polite staff. Jenson, the restaurant manager was so informative and kind enough to take us through the menu and details of each and every items they serve in Atelier by Ambrosia. We really appreciate his genorous approach and dealing with us. It's always highly appreciated and motivate you all when you are treated like king. Atelier by Ambrosia really treats you the way as you expect.
I suggest you all to go and experience the real service that you wanna feel and enjoy. Cudos to the whole team! Keep up the good work

It was a guiet surprise experience for my family and kids.kind of home away experience for pizza and potato veggies. Happy to had a wonderful dinner experience. All the best chef and team.

Pathetic service. I don't know why people rated high for this place. Not a value for money you spend and taste below average. Especially pastries, peda etc. Please don't go and waste your money.

Rich in ambience. Not crowded. Friendly staff. Beef shawarma was not much upto the mark but ok. Vanilla milkshake was tasty. Purchased some snacks too. Good quality

Ambrosia has moved to a new and spacious location. Can dine in as well as do your quick pick up of bakery products. Having been in the business for years, they know how to canter to the needs of people of Trivandrum.

Very bad food and service, ordered chicken lollipop and an American chopsuey, both were terrible. The chicken in the lollipop had a bad odour, the chopsuey was oily and the sauce was horrible. Worst and hyped. Please avoid n save your time and money.

Have been told that their standards were very good, however was totally disappointed with most of the food ordered through Swiggy, the Pander was very rubbery, the American chopsui was spicy.
All in all an undesirable experience.

We ordered from atelier with great expectations because we had heard so much about it. But there were only very few items in the home delivery list to begin with. We ordered kerala porotta, chicken curry and chicken roast from the menu but none of them tasted good at all. The starter (honey glazed chicken lollipop) was also not at all upto the mark. Even the dessert (chocolate shake) was of no good. Personally we are deeply saddened by this because: first of all the was not much option in the home delivery menu: second the food had no taste at all. Even the porottas were too thick and rubbery. We are perplexed and deeply saddened by this.

Took home delivery today swiggy. The parota rolls were 2/3 vegetables, every bite gives you cabbage.do they ever try themselves before serving.

Good Ambience courteous staff and had a relaxed Sunday brunch. The food was delicious. With unlimited tea, coffee, lime tea etc

Overall poor attitude. Pork dish was not cooked properly and was inedible, this was conveyed to them but still charged half the price. The owners/ mangers were there but the waiter said they had gone out

Brilliant restaurant. Fantastic service. Spacious and comfortable inside. Loved the food, though it was a hard to even read through the menu. Don't go with that typical expects of a mallu style continental restaurant where they would still have porotta, naan, butter chicken in their menu, this is entirely different. A few negatives is very few veg options and a bit over priced. But the overall experience was very happy, so full star for it. Go for the place if you are looking for small comfortable family gathering and excited about a totally different cuisine experience.

Good ambiance, interesting menu, delicious food, great service.
Food definitely stands out.it was cooked to perfection, not a minute more or less and the flavours were well balanced.the time and effort put in creating the menu is clearly visible in each dish.there is only one word to summarise it, "perfection".
Highly highly highly recommended!
