Very nice rooms, good service, staff s are very co operative especially housekeeping department. Rooms are neat and clean.spa is also nice breakfast was very good, view from the room was awesome

It's really good experience to stay with amuse vista. Food and staff behaviour was better.

Wrost hotel i had ever seen and stay, worthless room's and pathetic and unprofessional service, food was below average by non sence and un groomed staff, restaurant was crowded by local peoples who make large noise wore dhothies, person who handle bill counter (breaded man) he is non professional and unethical his behavior was harsh and cruel he though that we had and stayed from his charity "NO MAN WE SPENT OUR HARD EARN MONEY", Guy's don't go there it's utter waste hotel you'll loose your money if u choose this ugly property. Location is centre of city also crowded and rush area and it's far from munnar and all tourism destination's are far far away, they forcing everybody to put positive review in Google in the time of checkout.

Am staying with my family in 2days this hotel.such a wonderful experience and calm and quite ambience, my heart touch experience is staff cooperation.

Hotel and front desk team was good, only issue in food servicing, which is not good as we stay couple of days and both day we took cold food in b'fast and dinner, I suggest to make food arrangement in restaurant instead of 3rd floor boofy system.

The service is excellent. The ambience and room are very good. I would definitely recommend everyone coming to munnar to avail their services.

It is a place where you can get good tasty mandi, good clean resturant, quantity looks good (mandi only you have to make unlimited, it is terribly bad if you do not give unlimited for the amount you buy for mandi)

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in hotel! The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible and the owner, F&B manager and chef deserves a special thanks. We had three great evenings here and I really apreciate the service from Amuse Vista.

Food from the restaurant is very good. It is one of the very few restaurants in Munnar which serves good food. Hotel and Restaurant is generally clean and Hygiene. It gets busy in peak hours and days and recommend to be an early bird if you are visiting the restaurant. Hotel Room is also very clean, Ensure to check if you are getting a Balcony room or not. View from Balcony room is nice but not too great. Buffet breakfast was also nice.

New Property but the service and amenities was excellent.
For my flight arrived early so the Hotel give us Early check in. Thaks Mr. Sajan the owner of the hotel. We stay 2 days in the hotel and the was spectacular.

One of the challenging situations while coming a family tour is regarding the stay and food. But this best ever resort was a one and only answer for all our questions. The rooms for all our guest' was surperb. The room service was outstanding. Regardless of all our age we all enjoyed the view from the room. And the food was mouth watering. It was worth every penny.
And the other facilities such as games and spa was so relaxing for all. Our men was in love with the gym facility they provide. And so they added about the spacious car nd other vechile parking facility they provide. Wanna visit again munnar jst to stay in the same hotel

The service was so poor in mafaza restaurant in amuse vista they are totally avoiding as when we are came to have food there were no service in there after us so many customer came and they gave dinning to them they tottaly avoiding the customers that came from long distance very poor very rough behaving by the owner towards the customers

This resort was literally one of the best places I have been to in a long time. One doesn’t even need to go for further sightseeing.this place is more than enough! The ambience, hygiene, views, staff behaviour, food, everything was just top notch. This place is absolutely worth every penny spent. I say go for it whenever you are visiting Munnar!

I loved the experience over here! The staff was amazing and so kind to us. The food and the ambience over here was fabulous. The best and my favorite ones were mandi and biryani. If you are looking for great food and scenic rooms this is that place.
Overall had great experience in amuse vista munnar.
