Angelic Bridal Boutique

Like many noted here, their customer service is very poor. I have been contacting them since 1 week through their whatsapp numbers which have been displayed on their site but no one was giving any prompt reply.

We rented my wife’s wedding gown from here and it was stunning.really liked their service.very good collection.thank you

The best rental shop in kochi. They provide plenty of trials and they have huge variety collection. Very well behaved staffs as well. Highly recommended.

Very bad customer service. We have visited the shop on sunday 17/September/2023. The lady who was there was not ready to show us the collections much. Even selected one or two that was not my size and she told like cannot alter that one and was not showing some might be fall in my size. They have 2 shops which is nearby, one is having old collections and the other one is having new collections but rent is high compared to other rentals.

Utterly disappointed. We came from far for the purpose of buying some stuffs for my daughter engagement, that lady make us so difficult to choose better.we loved the collection but she was not willing to show them anymore.very bad, poor customer service. We were frustrated because of the time wastage. However I recommend, please do a strong customer service for your successful entrepreneurship.

Bridal gowns are affordable compared to other similar boutiques. Well behaved staff, and good collection of Christian bridal gowns. Only downside I could see is that they are mostly focused on ivory/white gowns (atleast in the gowns displayed). If they could add more coloured gowns, it would attract more customers.

Unprofessional - they do not stick to the timeline promised and keep going back and forth with some random excuses. The outfit I asked for came out differently and on pointing that out I was given some unsatisfactory answers. The owner didn't even have the courtesy to answer the call!

Disappointed. I have given my wedding sarees blouse materials for stiching. Not even a single blouse is fitting properly.and my main blouse for wedding turned useless.

This place provides bridal attires for rent and they also have a good collection. My sister got her engagement blouse and skirt stitched here and they did a pretty good job. I highly recommend this place.

Variety stand for them. It help to built a new shape and design for our apt one they are well experienced to give a more suggestion to our valued points and correct it with alternative and will mould us for new dream form. I suggest an experience view is better always.
