Didn't have a great experience. This happened few years back when the boutique was in bangalore. Had to be behind her to get my wedding gown was delivered on time. Delivered without the final finish or ironing it. Took 6000 Rupees for saree as the advance. I didnt get the saree or the money back. Hope you remember me?

For to mention, It was my reception dress, so it meant a lot. I was so happy when I saw the dress for the first time. She took care of every detail, and it was also custom fit. 7 days before my engagement my dress got ruined completely from another boutique. I had only one option to stitch the whole lahanga once again. No one was ready to take up this as there is only few days left. My last hope with Ann, she understood my situation and took the order.
