If you are in Aluva, don't miss eating from here. Dosa, Vada, meals, even the tea is super tasty. The management is treating customers as guests. The words written on the wall say everything. They really are in the space of "Being of service".
Nb: The payasam is served with special meals and is exceptionally tasty. Sometimes, it gets over very soon, so be there for meals at least before 2 PM or earlier.
Deliscious quality Food, Very reasonable rate, Service is also good. The best in Aluva according to me. Ambiance may not be competitive when compare with other standard hotels.
Old traditional style restaurant in Aluva. You get traditional Kerala and South Indian breakfast and snack items. Sometimes I feel they are overrated. It gets crowded during peak hours. They have started new items like Chana Batura which is a must try. Their Vada is the crispiest and the best in Aluva. It is charged only 10/- and is served with Chutney.
Lack of proper parking space, insufficient seating and lack of card payment is the only con.
This is an old restaurant in Aluva, near Bank junction. Tried masala dosa it was just average. They have tasty vada's. Service was good. The place is maintained cleanly
Among the most preferred veg hotels in Aluva.fresh, economical food.approach is through a narrow lane, location is comfortably away from the the city traffic
I just love this place, if you want to have a decent pocket friendly and homely meal in the Aluva town, this is the best option. It was a hangout place during the college days and even after seven years it's really amazing that they haven't increased the price of the meals. 60 for meals and 70 for special meals. Recently I took masala dosa from here and it costed 60. I would say the quantity and quality was worth the money spent. The coconut chutney was too good. You can't take your car there and only limited parking was available for two-wheelers before and it felt good to see they have made some arrangements for more two-wheeler parking. If you come in the peak hours there's definitely a wait. They support digital payment but not sure if they accept cards
Masala Dosa is very tasty. Morning Vada is very crispy as well. Annapurna has been a staple of Aluva for many years and will continue to be so if they keep doing what they're doing.
Customer service was Really Good Food Tase & Quality was really Amazing Pure vegetarian Hotel in Aluva 80yrs old hotel supply same tase Food our City We Proud
The food was average. So was the ambience. The staff were indifferent. The only silver lining is that it's cheap and they are the only hotel open on Sundays in the area. Edit: A friend misplaced an umbrella in the restaurant. When we went back to get it the management demanded a fee to look for it, stating inconvenience on their part. Never got back the umbrella. Terrible customer service!
It was a restaurant where we can get awesome veg options like dosas. But the food now is not as tasty as the earlier times. Because now tbere are many new restaurants offering the same menu with better taste. Still there are regular customers there. Its a trustworthy restaurant anyways. Budget friendly! Average rating!
