Bad experience in the first contact itself. I had mentioned I can share the matter in WhatsApp and once it is confirmed I can go and collect the memento. But the owner is not ready to accept and asking advance money before discussing about the requirement. Also the attitude over phone was not good. In today’s world everything is online, this is to avoid multiple travels to get the things. If you asking to come two times (one for ordering and next one for collecting) then it won’t really going to work. If you had really trouble doing this at least that should have conveyed in a good manner. Hope you can change your approach to get more customers.
