Ann's and Tom's Lake view Best Resort In Wayanad

Rooms are very good for staying. The environment around is very peaceful and nice views and like lighting all around the resort for a photoshoot.
The only con is that the hot water supply was not good.

Nice ambience and good hospitality with supportive crews, Rooms and washroom are clean and well maintained. Good place to chill out with friends

Edakkal caves and karapuzha dam is nearby located to the resort.good service and friendly nature from the team brings back us here again.hopefully we will come to this beautiful resort again.

Very bad service. They only looking for money. In my case they received advance cash but due to my father death I couldn't able to travel. Still they are not ready reimburse the cash and provide the room too.

Perfect place for relaxing. The entire place is filled with greenery and gives you sense of calmness. The staff is very polite and helpful. They attend to you whenever you need them. I would definitely recommend this place as a must visit

Photos shows clearly how cheap mentality of the owner. With proof we are telling what kind of human being he was both husband and wife. Hotel manager was kind enough to control the owner who was behaving cheap and barking at us. * Tourist you guys can risk once n try*. Think once how cheap the owner is. Thomas the owner video also we have we as a proof who was trying to hit a lady. He even said we don’t know who he is like he is in to underworld. It was vacation time for us which was totally spoiled by Tom actually my dog name is Tom and it’s well mannered. Tourists please check once the kitchen and manager was ready to prepare food for us with that kind of kitchen. Think once the owner tried to hit a lady. Guys please risk ur life or ur family n visit. He uses cheap slang language on ladies also. Tom need proof pls lie again. Please have respect for ur age atleast.

InWayanad, beautiful resort, surrounded by good nature! With good service and facilities this resort made it more memorable. It's good for both family and friends trip

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Entire staff was very polite and took care of every small detail, starting from the front desk staff, Manager, restaurant staff, porters.

The location and infrastructure of the resort is superb. The only thing is that the maintenance is not done efficiently. The space near the rooms is filled with grass and it's kinda mess. But still it's a nice place to stay. The staff were so kind and helpful.

Very neat and higienic. So I will definitely recommend any one who wants to enjoy. Food is also very tasty and entire staffs are very coordinating

Very nice place for a family gathering or a relative function
1. Very nice resort rooms with Heater (for winters) and Split AC (for Summers)
2. Very nice party lawns and covered Dine in area with a huge parking space
3. To avoid mass gathering due to Corona Protocols, eating area and function area are separated.
Must Visit for any kind of family gathering or Get Together parties.

Regarding our worst stay in Ann and tom resort
First thing owner is a big lier and who ever given 5 stars might be his relatives I think. One thing their is no water only then how can a spa come here all lies. No hot water no cook. Owner wife add tank water to jam also even though knowing kids are having it. My son got stomach infection. No cook and if u see kitchen u will panic. Cockroach n Scorpio will be roam around in kitchen flies will be sitting on all coffee cups. N most important owner was shouting at a group of family and he was trying to hit a lady which was worst part during our stay in that resort. Rooms are horrible and they don’t have humanity. We vacated the premises immediately after seeing this. I was going through all the reviews where in who ever commented about their behaviour the owner said they were drunked so we asked them to leave. Don’t u people think it’s a big joke.
Honest suggestion please don’t take risk of staying here. In night we surely felt unsafe and u can’t come out in night

Good resort.they gives better service and accommodation. Calm and quiet place.they keep neat and clean every time. Management and staff all are good company

The service was excellent, and I enjoyed my stay very much. Having everything we need, including a clean environment, is a priority for us.

The resort also has great activities for the kids.
Spa services were great too.the Spa made sure that the massage was very relaxing and very comfortable.

1. On their website they mentioned free and high speed internet connections provided. But it is only available near their office, you will not get connections in your room.

2. They will accommodate 3 people in a room where the room only for two people. If you need extra room you have to pay an additional amount that is not mentioned on their website.

3. The swimming pool is very small, not enough for a gang.

4. Manager is a good person and kind hearted.

5. The kitchen is available, you have to pay an extra amount to use it.

6. My over all rating is 5/10

The fresh pizzas coming out of the wood fired outdoor oven were loved by our guests. The setting was so classy and the staff was very good and co-operative.

Excellent. Room and washrooms are clean. Hotel staff is. Very polite and cooperative. Ideal for family too. Totally it is worth saying.

Its mainly for family oriented resort, the pool is very confort for family, there is no adventure activity, anyway overall good for family

Very bad customer service, basic services lacking. After several calls also they not provided hot water and tv in family cottage.

Excellent hospitality by the manager Sam. The early morning view and pool was amazing. The perfect weekend getaway.

Extemely poor service given to customer, Staffs were polite but the property is not managed well, no proper fans in room, rooms are not cleaned, until we ask they dint even provide towels & water bottle. Its not worth paying so much for the stay, Breakfast provided was average, They dont have In house kitchen, everything has to be ordered from outside which takes an hour for delivery

Had a great experience with ann and tom lake view resort. We enjoyed a lot staying there. Best homely food and hospitality is appreciatable

Affordable resort. Near Karapuzha dam. They are short in the number of staffs, so would find it difficult to manage in busy weekends. Not a very fancy one, but worth for the price when compared with other resorts.

Infrastructure and behaviour of the staff is good.but there was huge delay for everything. Hot water, blankets, breakfast everything has a huge delay. We got the breakfast at
9.45 and that too was very poor. The pool also was not clean. They mentioned like it was because of the 31st enjoyment by the guest and even till 11am next day cleaning was not done. They have good infrastructure and location, and if you can manage the guest's requirements (basic) on time it will be good.

I strongly do not recommend any of the touristers to book this resort
This one star is for a worker called sajeev who was kicked out on 31st december 2021 and for the infrastructure that had done on the resort room was gud.
We were a group of 10 bachelors who were at the resort to enjoy new year and that was destroyed by resort management there was a huge fight with this worker sajeev. He treated every customer with good manner and was kicked by manager he was beaten also.

The swimming pool was not at all clean we requested then also it was not clean

The name is wrong there is no view of lake from this resort

And there is more than 18km distance from wayanad town there is a resort opposite to this resort that is a verygood resort and has a good ambience

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff at this property are all great. The rooms were clean, very comfortable.

Totally waste of money, acutually they don't know how take care their customer, we booked room for 7 person they give us a single suit room they not ready to give extra room, the main foolishness was we have to pay 1600 rs per person for laying on Flore, we cancelled room, total waste of money and time don't recommend to anybody.

Amazing and wonderful pleasant stay! It is the best resort for family and friends. Rooms are spacious & clean & sanitized. Food is also good. Staff behaviour is very polite and services are good. A safe and enjoyable place to stay.

Excellent place to spend holiday with family we really enjoyed our stay thanks for the staff, clean place, Food is good, rooms are really good, we really liked the place we are planning to visit again, very good ambience like a star facilities.

They promise you everything before you check in. During the middle of the night, local residents came in and ask us to vacate the rooms coz this resort is causing disturbence to their neighbor.
Thankfully police came and saved us.

We had a delightful experience in this property. Rooms are very clean. Staffs was worthy for their services. The property was value for money and overall we had a very satisfying & happy stay. Thanks for the staffs.

It is a decent and affordable price resort. U will get the privacy. Bathroom was neet and clean. Food and customer service also good.
